Casa Palmeras offers spacious accommodations, located in one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in Guanacaste. With its private pool, fully equipped kitchen (incl. BBQ), laundry room, Wifi and Smart TV’s, every detail has been considered (Pre-stocking available upon request)

The main living area is filled with natural light and offers an open plan living / dining area that can seat up to 10 people.

The Community
Casa PALMERAS is located in Hacienda Pinilla. Which is an exclusive resort community hosting four of Costa Rica's best beaches.

Guests can explore 4 different beaches: Avellanas, Mansita, Bonita and Langosta. You’ll have access to a beach club, golf course with a coastal layout, equestrian centre, tennis courts, skateboard park, basketball court & kids playground.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club
The beach club has an amazing restaurant, pool, gym and playground. You can either go surfing, relax by the pool or just enjoy a one of a kind sunset at the exclusive white sand beach. As a guest in Casa PALMERAS, you can pay a $35 day pass. 10 year old and below are free.
If you walk along the beach by the beach club you can dine for lunch and hangoutat Lola's beachfront restaurant.
Normally the Beach Club is close in October.

Surfing at Hacienda Pinilla
Avellanas beach, home of the Beach Club has 6 World-class surf breaks including Little Hawaii, the Estero, Dead Tree and Lola’s

Tamarindo beach and Langosta beach are a 30 min drive from Casa Palmeras.

The Hacienda Pinilla Golf Course
18 hole par 72 beachfront golf course. The beachfront hole has a beautiful sunset views on a secluded beach.

The JW Marriott Hotel
Hacienda Pinilla is home of the JW Marriott Hotel. As a guest in Casa PALMERAS, you’ll have access to the Hotel’s numerous restaurants (upon reservation). You can also purchase a day pass which gives you access to all of the hotel’s grounds and amenities.
Playa Mansita & Bonita (home of the JW Marriott Hotel) offer great tide pools on the lower tides.

Tennis Courts
Two tennis courts with an onsite instructor (Sylvain), private, semi-private and group lessons are available. Kids camps and pickleball events are regular activities.

Mountain Bike Trails
With over 45 kilometers of trails throughout the ranch, forest and coastline, Hacienda Pinilla is a great location for mountain biking (bike rental available-site) With natural scenic routes and rigorous trails for every type of bike rider. The mountain trails offer adventure, challenge and enjoyment for families, first timers and experts.

Horseback riding
Horseback adventures include a shuttle, tour guide, bottled water, and helmet. Tours run Monday through Sunday from 7 am to 4 pm. Extended hours and half-day tours, including lunch are available.
