Bring the family and friends to this beautiful estate in the forest. 8 miles to Mt. Rose ski resort. 20 miles to Reno and Lake Tahoe. It's the perfect center of city fun and nature adventure. 4600 sq ft 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. TV, Wifi, Ping pong table. Full kitchen with gas stove, oven and instant pot. Beautiful out door sitting area with fire pit. Even a tree house for kids. All beds come with cotton sheets and duvet cover.
Short Term Rental permit No. WSTR22-0066 TLT license number - W-4975. 5 Bedroom, 4 full bathroom, 10 beds. Maximum occupancy - 15 guests. parking space - 4. No off-site street parking is permitted.

Beautiful house in a great location

Beautiful, large house that was perfect for our trip out to visit family and go skiing at Mount Rose. Kids loved the game room and the tree house. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of soft towels for everyone. My only minor issue is that the oven, and kitchen in general, is a bit small to cook for a large group (we had 6 adults and 4 kids). Also, the grill was not working during our stay, the owner did apologize for the inconvenience and committed to getting it fixed. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family has been skiing in Mt. Rose for 20 years. We love it for the easiness to get to and plenty levels of slops for the whole family to enjoy. We love to go to the city of Reno to enjoy the great food and entertainment, and also love to go to Lake Tahoe to enjoy the nature. Now we have our own vacation home here, we'd like to share with you who will enjoy it as much as us.
