You'll have the cabin all to yourself!

The cabin is close to the parkway and has convenient, flat roads that are accessible year-round for any type of car.

Pigeon Forge's downtown is accessible in only 7 minutes! Located off the parkway in a quiet community by a creek, with quick access to PF and Gatlinburg.

For both of our safety, cameras watch the property's entrances.

Please be aware that ALL guests must be at least 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by adults. Bookings by third parties are not permitted.

If a pet is discovered on the premises, there will be a $300 fee and immediate eviction with NO refunds.

We have satellite internet at the property. The speed and reliability vary depending on the weather, clouds, etc. Wi-Fi problems are not eligible for refunds. Since this is a cabin in the woods, a hotel would be your best choice if you require a guaranteed fast internet connection.

Linens & towels are provided for your stay.
A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap is provided, but you should anticipate having to buy more.

Food items, coffee, filters, spices, Ziplocs, foil, etc., are not provided.

Firewood and lighters are not provided for the fire pit.

We have regular preventative pest control service, but please note that due to the proximity to the river and being in the woods, it's possible you may see a bug or two!

**NOTE: The security deposit is only a "hold" and not a charge on your credit card, which means your account will never be debited for the money. If there is no damage or house rules broken, it is returned to you after your checkout. **

Cabin was great! It was clean and welcoming. Overall it was exactly as expected from the pictures. Driveway getting in is sketchy but not too difficult if you're paying attention. Very convenient location. Host was very responsive with any questions.

The creek was the perfect place for the kids to play outside. We were able to be comfortable on the porch or by the fire pit while they continued splashing and exploring. The pool table and air hockey table also got a good deal of their attention. The hot tub was great after a long day of walking around seeing the beautiful sights in the area. The cabin was just what we needed to keep the busy people busy and the resting people peaceful. Thank you so much for sharing this rental with our family.

We had everything we needed, and communication with the host was great. We did not realize we would have so many neighbors, so that was a surprise, but in the end, we did not see many people after Sunday. The hot tub is a little dated, but it was clean. It's rustic and smells of cedar inside, and you can hear everything through the walls and ceiling because of the thin walls, but that wasn't a problem for our family with older children and the same bedtimes. Our kids (13, 10, 8) loved creek stomping, and we saw a bear from the porch going to the condos across the way, which was a highlight for all!.

We thoroughly enjoyed the wooded privacy of this cabin in the woods and loved its location (it’s close to everything!). We have two toddlers, so instead of a property with Smoky Mtn views with 0 yard (which we would’ve loved as adults) it was more important we scoped out a kid friendly property that had a creek for them to play in and a yard to roam which was perfect for our two little boys. House itself was clean and quaint, although super dark in the loft given its lack of windows up there. There were a few issues when we first arrived: 1) the grass hadn’t been cut at all for the year which was upsetting given the reason we picked the property; it was so overgrown it came up to my knees and my poor kids were brushing it away from their faces walking in it. 2) someone left their dirty underwear on the porch railing next to the hot tub which my kids immediately tried touching it when they saw it. I reported both of these issues to the host, who was always very quick to respond and communicative which was reassuring. Unfortunately the grass couldn’t get cut until half our stay was over, and it became implied we would have to dispose of the underwear ourselves which did not make me happy for the amount of money spent to stay there, so we left the underwear on the railing untouched. Overall, despite the two issues noted, there were way more pros to the place that superseded the concerns. We really liked the cabin itself and would recommend it!

We enjoyed our time there but I felt the photos were a bit deceptive. The road is opposite the creek above the cabin and there are four other cabins in the same area as this one. The cabin is very rustic and you could see through gaps in the wood siding in the interior walls. The one bedroom door doesn’t properly fit the door jamb so it makes much noise when opening and closing that door. The cabin is a one bedroom with a loft, not a two bedroom. I stayed at a place with a creek so I could fly fish but this trickle couldn’t support anything worth dropping a fly for. Great for going to gatlinburg and pidgeon forge but not if you are looking for a well built cabin and outdoor adventure.

Amazing property! We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was extra clean and bigger then expected. Loved the quiet location and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub daily. I loved that the hot tub is right outside the master bedroom, no tracking water in the house.

Enjoyable weekend stay

This was just what we were looking for for our family weekend celebrating my mom's birthday. Location was great with easy access into town and Dollywood We enjoyed the firepit and the hot tub was a hit. The porch is just perfect. Everything was clean, in working order and as described.

Great Location

Host had great & clear communication. Bear, bear & more bear. The location was great, close to everything when running around but far enough away to enjoy the peace of the mountains. We saw plenty of bear from the front porch. Would stay again.
