Inside, relax in the king bedroom with a private bath, or unwind in the second bedroom with two twin beds sharing a hall bath. The bright living space features a queen sleeper sofa, dining for six, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for your favorite meals. Your private patio offers a calm spot to recharge after sun-filled beach days. Amenities include Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, linens, towels, and an in-unit washer/dryer. (Please note: no elevator in the building.)

This smoke-free, pet-free property requires guests to be 21+ with valid ID to check in.

Accomodations were fair

Kitchen refrigerator was all rusted on one side, coach needs to be replaced, sheets pans for cooking in oven, coffee maker did not work. Free washing machine was a nice idea but was so dirty could not use. Being on the beach was wonderful.

We had an excellent experience at this VRBO during Thanksgiving week. There were no negative issues we can think of. We will rent here again and soon.

East beach stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! While there isn’t a view of the beach from the unit, the pool & the beach are just a few steps away from the front door. We have 2 young children & it was nice to be on the ground floor to walk out the door & enjoy the pool & beach. We could not hear any noise from neighbors & the bedroom has no windows, which made putting the little ones to bed much easier!

Clean & Affordable Beach Lodging

Our stay was nice, comfortable and on the beach for a reasonable rate. It is not perfect or high end but it is clean roomy and will have what you need, except beach towels.

Adequate accommodations

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in mid February. The description of what is being offered is exactly as described on the website. The TV worked well and accepted my Roku player with some assistance from the office staff. The WiFi is a little slow but not bad. The assigned parking spot was perfect for loading and unloading our bags. Getting to the beach is a snap with only a few short steps to the ocean. The heated pool is adequate with plenty of chairs for the guests. Unfortunately that’s where the good comments stop. The apartment is dark and has only one window facing East so the morning sun is short lived at best. There are several spots in the kitchen ceiling that need repair as it was in danger of falling one in particular near the kitchen counter where food may be prepared. If you don’t mind hearing your neighbors above you flush the toilet, take a shower, run the dishwasher, etc. then not a problem. Another words the walls are paper thin. There are no pool or beach towels or chais for the beach so bring your own. When I inquired about renting the property they responded immediately but that’s when the communication broke down. Two inquires through HomeAway went unanswered until I made a personal call to the support team. Check in was also a little frustrating as the office is supposed to be open Saturday until 5:30 but was locked. I arrived at 2:30 pm. Both phone numbers provided on the website were unanswered and incorrect but two numbers outside the locked office had recording to “leave your message’”. It was never communicated how to get the parking pass and door code so I was feeling disappointed in the check in process. Someone did finally call me back and told me where to find the information. Once the office staff arrived the next day, Kayla was very helpful to change the door code which didn't work as we were given the cleaners code. She was also very helpful and answered a few questions. Again my rating for this property is just okay. I would not desire to return to this apartment in the future for the reasons above nor would I highly recommend it to others. .
