Your family or team will be close to everything when you stay at Aunt Rose's 3 bedroom house which features 3 queen over queen bunk beds, two washers & dryers, a large parking lot that will fit 2-3 boats, depending on size.
Central air, 55" TLC ROKU HDMI 4k TV in the living room with seating for 9. The dining room seats 8. The private stone parking lot is 30' x 40' deep.

No hair dying, crafting, painting, etc. while staying in this house. Don't move it. If you break it tell me. I need to replace it for the next guest.
If heat or air are on, windows and doors are locked. Do not open windows and move screens to smoke in the house! Extra $500 for smoking inside.

A refuge in Monroe, MI

Full kitchen gave us a chance to fix healthy breakfasts, provided a great base to walk around town (Tim Hortons, Krogers, and R Diner are within walking distance), and a great place to come back to after a busy day. This is the third of Aunt Rose's properties we have stayed in when visiting family. Won't be our last.

Aunt rose is a very friendly and helpful owner! Everything you would need is there. Including toiletries well stocked kitchen also.

Exactly what we needed!

We travel alot, and with 4 kids and the 2 of us it can be pricey staying at hotels. Aunt Roses place was way more economical and enjoyable for a family. The manager was amazing answering all our questions and accommodating us.

I'm a retired utility worker who understands the challenges of working away from home and living in one room out of a suitcase. I don't live at Aunt Rose’s Place. I rent the upper and lower half separately with separate entrances, unless you are renting the whole house.
