Your North Captiva home base — heated pool, private spa, two carts, and the Gulf three houses away.

Three houses from the Gulf. Your own heated pool and spa. Two golf carts waiting in the drive. Floridays is the North Captiva house guests come back to — the one where mornings start with coffee on the deck, afternoons belong to the pool, and sunsets happen barefoot on the sand a two-minute walk away.

The House
Floridays sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a layout built for families and friend groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. The main living level opens to a screened deck overlooking the pool. The top-floor crow's nest catches the Gulf breeze. Two master suites mean no one's drawing straws for the good bed.

The Location
North Captiva is a boat-access-only island — no cars, no crowds, no chain anything. Floridays sits three houses back from a quiet stretch of Gulf beach, a two-minute walk from sand. Mainstays, Mangos, Over The Waterfront, Boats and Fun, and the general store are a short cart ride away. Getting here is part of the magic: a 20-minute ferry from Pine Island drops you into a different pace of life.

Great location, pool was perfect, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, each BR has own bath (!). Family, particularly grandkids, loved it. All sorry to leave for the madness of the mainland.

This home was perfect for our 10 family member annual spring trip. The inside was beautiful and comfortable. Our 8 year old grand loved the coloring supplies lol. The beds were all comfy. The kitchen well stocked and user friendly. Loved the screened porch and upstairs deck!! We enjoyed morning coffee on both! The pool was used every day and well maintained. Enjoyed using the golf carts to go to the beaches! Can't say enough about the service that brings the groceries and alcohol! Had an issue with a TV and the host acted to rectify. Overall an awesome week. Was our first trip to North Captiva but not our last!! This trip requires planning but so worth it!! Really enjoyed the ferry rides! Our big family had plenty of room to play games and just be on Island time!!

Amazing Experience

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this property! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained—truly felt like a home away from home. There were tons of games for all, which kept everyone entertained the entire stay. From board games to outdoor fun, there was never a dull moment. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking to relax and have fun. We can’t wait to come back.

Epic Family Vacation

If you want to stay in paradise, this is the place!!! You start the vacation on a beautiful boat ride in with the property management company getting your bags to drive you to the property. After this amazing welcome, you'll be blown away by the home amenities. Private heated pool, 2 golf carts, hammock, ping pong and each bedroom has an en-suite! The island is golf cart only and not crowded. The food is AMAZING!! We go on about 3 family trips a year and this was by far our favorite! Highly recommend!!

Great house for families

We had a really great time at this house, it is clean with nice finishes and a good floor plan. The kitchen is as well stocked as any rental we have stayed in on the island. The owners were very responsive and the management team did a really good job. Highly recommend this home

Perfectly relaxing

Floridays is a beautiful home in a great location. It was perfect for our group of 6 and we could have fit plenty more. Having the golf carts was the best part. Between hanging out at the beach and cruising around the island, it was by far the most relaxing trip we have been on. I highly suggest Floridays!

Southern Getaway

We had a great time. The beaches were amazing along with the beautiful sunsets. The owners of the property were great and wanted to make our experience one to remember. And it was!!! Just remember it is an island, so bring what you need.

Dream Christmas Vacation

If you are thinking of booking…do it! This house has everything you need and more to enjoy the perfect island of North Captiva. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and spent many nights playing corn hole and ping pong in the sand! The property owner and managers were very helpful and honest before and during our stay! The travel process couldn’t have gone smoother based on their suggestions and help! We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and we are already planning our trip back!!

Perfect and peaceful

This beautiful home had something for everyone. It was perfect for the 3 generations we had in the house. Loved having 2 golf carts. The downstairs was a perfect hangout. Lots of extras like pool toys, beach towels, chairs, etc. A true 10 out of 10!

Fantastic House - Relaxing Vacation

Our family of 9 had a wonderful and relaxing week long vacation at Floridays. Everything was perfect. Excellent communication with the management team. We would definitely rent this property again. Tons of pool toys and games. We did bring two popup tents that we used on the beach and at the pool - super helpful on the afternoon at the pool. Thank you for letting us rent your house!

Absolutely Outstanding! We LOVED it & can’t wait to return!

Scott & Rachel we’re amazing hosts and their house is not just beautiful, but has all the fine touches to make your stay 1000x better! They’ve thought of everything to make every guest happy! I booked for all the kids activities (jungle gym, toys, kids beds) but the house had so much more that helped us make amazing memories, relax, and enjoy the island. Things like a sweet golf cart, corn hole, all the beach supplies, pool toys, and most of all, their awesome choice in a property management company who were exceptional! Seriously, if you’re traveling with children, this is the BEST house to stay at (I didn’t see another one like it)! Your kids will be occupied and you’ll be able to relax!

Floridays august 2022 stay

We stayed at Floridays in August and LOVED this home so much. Every bed was so comfortable, we loved the layout and the outdoor area was just perfect for all the adults and children. The house was so clean and well decorated. The property management text only line isn’t the greatest in our opinion but not something we couldn’t get over. The only thing I would suggest is to add a pop up tent or 2 to all the beach equipment already at the house. Other than that this home is perfection and the homeowners know exactly what they are doing.

Amazing

The house was great. It is kid friendly. The smaller children loved the pool and playground. The property management team was very helpful. This was our first time to North Captiva. The owner was quick with response to any questions we had. The wildlife on the island was amazing. We saw dolphins, manatees, tortoise, and many more animals. Seashells everywhere, quiet beaches. Kitchen had all amenities you could need. The house had all the beach gear necessary to enjoy a day on the beach. The house is very clean, beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this house for your stay.

Family Beach Vacation

This was our 3rd time visiting the island and this was our favorite house. The house had everything we needed for the beach and lots of entertainment options for the kids…my son’s favorite was the swing (besides the pool of course)! While the house was very nice and the beds were very comfortable, what we felt set this house apart from others was the usable outdoor spaces. In the morning you could watch the sunrise from the top deck, we enjoyed the area under the house and the pool area throughout the day and at night enjoyed reading on the screened porch. Also, the management company was very responsive…I sent a few messages throughout the week asking questions and they responded almost immediately. This was the relaxing family vacation we were hoping for!

Great Place to Stay

We were concerned that post hurricane the home would not be in great shape. Not a concern. Because its new construction it held up well & didn't get much damage. Most of the rooms even appeared to be freshly painted. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which the adults loved. Kids loved the pool & we sat out on the screened porch at night. Some parts of N Captive have poor internet & TV service. They worked great at this house. Bring all your food. Shopping on the island isn't going to happen. There is a new Publix just before Pine Island to stock up. The manager will provide info. The owners and mgt are helpful & easy to deal with. We loved it here & we are definately going back.

Wonderful property

This was our first time to NCI. We had an amazing time at an amazing house! It was super spacious with plenty of beds for our whole family. Kitchen was well stocked, and I loved that we had an option to have either k-cups or a pot of coffee in the morning. We loved watching the late night storms on the screened in balcony, and sitting up on the second floor balcony as the sun went down. They have a very large dining table that can fit a very large family to enjoy dinner together. Not that you really need a TV when you're on the island, but every room had a TV which was great. Not many places accommodate a TV for every room so I appreciated that. The 2 golf carts that were provided were great! We loved being able to have that included in the listing as you definitely need a golf cart to get around the island. The one bedroom upstairs provided a changing table for any guests that have a baby. We didn't need it, but again, I appreciate the little things that the home owner equipped the house with. There are beach chair, beach toys, and an umbrella. We really enjoyed the corn hole game. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! We loved all the outdoor showers to wash off the beach sand when we got home from the beach. The owner was wonderful and extremely helpful during the entire process of booking and even through our stay. Floridays was absolutely one of the best homes on the island and we can't wait to come back!
