Parking is free for 1 vehicle in front of the apartment building. Extra vehicles can park free 20 feet away on paver parking lot.
Other things to note
Please No pets (HOA restrictions). I can recommend good pet care businesses so your fur babies can be well taken care of and have fun as well.
No smoking in the condo (owner restriction).
HOA also requires all grills with a flame must be used out front on the walkway. Electric grill can be used on the balcony. Grills not currently provided with this condo.
