***Only rents from Saturday to Saturday*** Oceanfront Beauty overlooking the ocean. Enjoy a short walk to the Hereford Lighthouse & amazing North Wildwood Inlet. Adult night life is also just a few blocks away. This 2 bedroom 2 bath corner unit sleeps 6 comfortably. It is equipped with elevators for your convenience. Upon entry you'll appreciate the ocean view reflections coming from the kitchen window. Large eat-in kitchen with granite counters, tile backsplash and custom cabinetry with under cabinet lighting. Enjoy the northeastern views from the kitchen, but wait until you see the spectacular view from the living room! Spacious and comfortable our living room is equipped with 85 inch TV, sofa, love seat & chair with a total of 5 recliners all surrounding an 8 foot sliding door out onto a private balcony overlooking the beautiful NWW ocean. 1st bathroom is beautifully decorated & includes a tub for those who prefer relaxing in the bath. Master bedroom is equipped with TV, king size bed, and another same size private balcony also with that to die for VIEW! Next is a small hallway with a TV & full size sofa bed for a little extra privacy when needed. From here you’ll enter a magnificent large bathroom with custom tile, corian counters & a stand up shower. Our 2nd bedroom, located off the foyer is so cozy with a Queen size bed, sofa with full pull out bed & ocean views. For added convenience, this unit also features a washer and dryer. You'll find plenty of closets throughout and a kitchen pantry also featuring automatic lighting. With appoximately 1186 square feet, this unit has it all. This is an extremely well maintained building featuring a sitting area with fireplace in the lobby & a huge heated pool with deck just steps away from our front door. The building has a large blacktop parking area in which 1 tag is given for parking. We have also purchased a municipal parking tag that can be used in NWW only during the season for your convenience. Amazing Place

This condo is simply amazing; it's beautiful, super clean, and views are perfect. Tracy is also amazing; she has every detail covered and is so genuinely thoughtful and caring! This is by far the best place I've stayed in NWW!

Wonderful!

I have been renting in the Regency Towers every Summer for over 30 years and I think this condo was one of the nicest that I have stayed in. The place was beautiful decorated. The beds extremely comfortable. The views were fantastic. Tracie the Property Owner couldn’t be nicer. She was so helpful and organized. I most definitely would recommend this condo and will be back again. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place!

SIMPLY PERFECT

We stayed from Aug 13-20 and we had lots of fun. The property is spacious and extremely clean. You have EVERYTHING you need and more! There were linens, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, ect. The condo is located right on the beach, a few steps away and about a 15 min walk from the boardwalk and you can hop on the tram car or walk when you get there. Restaurants are also about a 20 minute walking distance. The beach is less crowded and you don't have to carry your stuff very far. Fully complete and very well equipped kitchen. The only negative aspects I would have to say is that one bedroom is very spacious and the second one is much smaller. We were still able to get a good night's sleep anyway. The building smells good and is spacious and VERY clean and well kept. You also have elevators so very convenient for the luggage transportation. Tracy has a big binder with lots of great information on the surrounding restaurants, fun stuff to do around Wildwood, etc. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with reasonable budget and great location, look no further! Thanks Tracy and Mike for the wonderful vacation!

True Bliss

Our week at Tracy & Mike's Jersey shore property exceeded expectations. The property is comfortable & well appointed. The view - spectacular. They took the guesswork out of the way by anticipating our every possible want & need. We couldn't have asked for anything more and cannot wait to return again. Vacationing in my hometown of North Wildwood

Since I sold my house in North Wildwood, we are now renting to see our friends and family. Our stay at Tracy and Mike’s condo in N Wildwood was wonderful!! We had a corner unit that overlooked the ocean and a sunrise every morning just sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee. The unit was very clean, fully stocked, beach chairs, all linens, paper goods, weather / dryer in unit and much more!! We would highly recommend to rent their unit!

Perfect for our family

We loved this unit so much! This is a corner unit that faces the ocean so the view to the beach/ocean was a beautiful sight to wake up to each day. The layout of this property is so functional with ample closet space and the living room seating set up perfectly - my kids loved the reclining couches. This property is a short walk to the boardwalk and close to so many parks. The host, tracy, touched base with us on the day of our check in to make sure we got in OK. Definitely would rate our stay a 10 out of 10.

Million Dollar view! I believably comfortable! Little details all taken care of!

My Family of 5 had a spectacular time! The unit was comfortable and very clean! It felt like our home away from home with a million dollar view! We are going to be return customers!
