The newer Hotel Pratt is a cozy hotel, nestled behind the historic Hotel Pratt, one of the older structures in the historic village of Cooperstown, NY. Guests of the Hotel Pratt enjoy FREE off street parking and the convenience of being in the heart of Cooperstown. It is just a half a block from Main Street, where one can browse through Main Street shops or enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants. It is under 300 feet from the Baseball Hall of Fame and Doubleday Field where the game of baseball was created (according to local legend).

Hotel Pratt is 5 miles (7 minutes) to Dreams Park which is located right outside our village of Cooperstown

Location can not be beat!

This location can not be beat! Parking was a breeze. I loved being able to walk in town and being right there.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

The owners/management Angie and CJ were very responsive when I reached out with questions. The location is amazing! We only stayed one night and I wish we had the opportunity to stay a second day. The rooms clean, and spacious. I highly recommend this property.

Great Stay

Hotel Pratt was perfect for a weekend stay. We were contacted in advance to get directions for check in, the WiFi was sent to us ahead of time, and the owners were easily accessible when we had any questions. The hotel was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It’s also conveniently right by Main Street!

This is a simple hotel room. No fancy items (OK). Great for location to Cooperstown businesses and baseball venues. Could walk almost everywhere. Comfortable beds! Shower temp control funky - hard to get temp adjusted on first try.
