Newly Renovated Rental Property - Riverfront Modern Farmhouse on the Guadalupe River in the Texas Hill Country with easy access to Kerrville, Comfort, Fredericksburg, and Boerne. Your own private river front for swimming, kayaking, or fishing. Three acres of privacy for relaxing after a long day on the river or after enjoying the wine country. Recently remodeled farm house with new appliances, with an equipped kitchen to cook as much or as little as you desire, two bedrooms with queen beds, two large bathrooms, and new mini-split AC/Heat. There is gated access with covered parking for 2 vehicles. ATV available for use (with signed release).

Spring Break getaway!!

What a cute cottage in the middle to Fredericksburg and Kerrville and more!! If your looking for somewhere to just relax this is the place! We will definitely be back for more stays.

GREAT GET AWAY!!

My husband and I loved our stay! We loved the location, the house and the huge deck. We had a great time floating in the river, the ATV made it so much more fun! Thank you for sharing your little home 💕

Relaxing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, fully equipped home and its location. We loved how close this home was to antique shopping, wine tasting, exotic zoo, Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm and LBJ history museum. After full days of excursions, we came back and enjoyed grilling on the back deck, then driving the ATV to the creek in the backyard where it was so relaxing sitting by the huge trees and listening to the running water. Will definitely stay here again.

What a peaceful place to relax! My friends and I enjoyed the cottage and its location along the Guadalupe River. We fished, sat on the deck and enjoyed going to the Kerrville Folk Festival and dining at local restaurants. Sandra was a perfect host; always available for questions.

Hidden Treasure

This property and its hosts are real hidden treasure! Great location! Easy river access. Cabin was delightful and clean, with modern updates! Sandra and Kyle are excellent hosts, very caring and provided more amenities than you could ask for!

Center Point Gem

Cozy Cabin with access to the River. Cabin is well equipped with gracious hosts. Great deck to watch the deer feed in the morning and evening. Close proximity to Comfort and Kerrville. In town but on acreage to give you a quiet retreat.

Very comfortable

This place was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the property and were able to see deer feeding along with a few babies. The weather wasn’t great during our stay so we weren’t able to use all this property had to offer.

Great little country home. Lots of deer running around. Plenty of fish in the water. Huge back deck to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Will definitely be returning

Loved it!

My sister and I loved this spot. Charming home with fields of wildflowers, birds, and deer between the house and the cozy river lined with big trees, frogs, tree frogs, some visible fish in the sweet sound of gently moving water. The hosts did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. We would love to return!
