Newport Getaway

Our stay was so much better than expected! This unit is super close to everything and has a great view of the marina. My husband enjoyed the view of the yachts. Great restaurants, bars and shopping within a few minutes. The unit was cleaner and much larger than expected too! The layout was very functional and the two decks were a pleasant surprise!

Centrally located property within downtown Newport. Easily access (walkable) all destinations including Cliff Walk as well as downtown restaurants and night life. Clean property and helpful staff.

Great location!

My 70 year old parents and myself were coming to town for a wedding and have never been to the area. We stumbled upon this and are so happy we did! Great location you can walk to everything in downtown Newport area! Unit was clean and parking was easy! The one complaint I have is there is very minimal lighting. Besides the lighting everything else was perfect!! Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

Perfect location!

The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, steps to everything! the apartment was a nice size, with 2 large balconies with dining tables on either end. We did not have a view directly out to the water as is shown in the photos, but it was still lovely. Would stay here again!

Great over all property

Location is perfect, would not rent the same unit again, layout is not inviting and the lighting is awful through out the entire place, bathrooms, living area. Both bathrooms are very cramped.

Great location!

Bill responded quickly after the initial inquiry. Rental went smoothly! Super clean, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and enough comfy seating. This is a great location. You can walk to pretty much everything. We are walkers so we didn’t mind walking as far as the Mooring restaurant and beyond. We had a slight issue the first day but management responded and fixed it immediately!! Loved the 2 balconies- was able to follow the sun! Next time we will bring bathing suits to take advantage of the pools! We would definitely return!
