The Suites at Lava Hot Springs offer newly remodeled, apart-hotel accommodations in a charming historic building, perfectly located in the heart of downtown Lava Hot Springs. Note-We are just finishing construction! Anticipated open date is no later than 7/31/25. The unit pictured has similar finishes to this one- see floor plan model for unit layout. More pictures will be provided soon. This spacious and updated studio suite comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking for a relaxing getaway. It has a door that optionally connects it to Suite 11 as well if you want to sleep 2 more people.

**Important Booking Information**
After reserving your suite, you will receive an additional email from our booking platform, OwnerRez, to complete your rental agreement and secure a $200 hold for incidentals. This hold is released three days after your stay, provided there are no issues.
