Fantastic unit in Anglers Cove! Fully renovated condo in the coastal contemporary style on the Marco River. Wood-like plank porcelain tile throughout. Custom kitchen with large island. Stainless steel appliances. Granite tops. New A/C and water heater. Meticulously maintained. Waterfront Anglers Cove features two heated pools, whirlpools, tennis courts and Marco Island’s popular Dolphin Tiki Bar and Restaurant. Island views with Western exposure for panoramic sunsets. Perfect for an island getaway. Convenient location, close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. About 2 miles from the beach. Marco Island is famous for its white sandy beaches, boating, water sports, and wide sidewalks all over the island, great for walking and bicycling. *This unit changed ownership on 3/10/22. As of that date, the owner was a Superhost on Airbnb and this unit had 34 reviews with a 5-Star rating. Reviews available upon request.

We had a great experience staying at Jacqueline's place in Marco Island! The condo was perfect...clean and well maintained. Jacqueline was quick to respond to questions-& we were allowed to check in early. We will definitely rent this property again.

Perfect paradise

Condo is in a great location, you can walk or bike to some great restaurants and bars. The Dolphin Tiki is right on property and the have the best rum runners. Jacqueline our host was so sweet and easy to work with, even left us a bottle of wine! The condo has everything you need for the beach and was super clean!

1-Bedroom Condo

We thought the property itself -- the living space, etc. -- was great. However, our beautiful enclosed porch faced a noisy street, and was not the water view that the ad implied. Nice having a washer/dryer down the hall, but nothing was left on the card, so loading it up and using it was more than a bit tricky. The pools were nice, but the restaurant kitchen noises/smells were prevalent. Not having a fitness facility on premises was a bit of a let-down as well. However, the convenience factor was nice, the place was very comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels; nice to find beach-going stuff in the closet too! The kitchen was very open and functional. We walk a lot, and the surrounding neighborhood was perfect for this. We are beach people, so the next time we visit Marco island, we will look to stay at a 1 or 2-bedroom condo on the beach. If you have recommendations, please feel free to share! Thanks!

Thank you Mark for staying at our condo and for your review . I understand from reading your review you had different expectations. We like to make sure we provide thorough pictures and descriptions for potential guests to view. We do not advertise a water view from our condo , we outline the pay-per use of the washer and dryer , and we state that we do not have a fitness facility in premises . In addition to this we have a detailed condo instruction sheet for all guests to facilitate their stay . This review will be helpful for future guests to please thoroughly read our listing . I am sorry we did not meet your expectations .

Nice little condo, but...

Individually….the condo is small, but clean, modern, and well furnished. Having access to 2 pools was appreciated, even if located near the Tiki bar kitchen. Unfortunately, this condo unit resides on a very busy and noisy street, with all-day traffic…..which rendered the patio kind of useless. Compounding the issue is the in-out traffic around the complex for the on-premise Tiki bar (open 11AM-9PM). Though we did not encounter any parking issues, since we used bikes most of the week. Non-smoking policy is appreciated, but was a moot point when considering that most neighbors were smoking on their patios…..again, affecting enjoyment of the patio. Smoking is also allowed in courtyards around the pools. Seems the HOA should improve the policy rules for all tenants. For the overall cost to rent the condo in February-March, combined with issues above, it is overpriced. Just too much competition that already exists on the island to justify the $ here.

Marco Island has been experiencing a large number of visitors this time around due to the hurricane which left many people searching for new places to visit . I understand how this would cause higher than usual traffic . Not to mention we have one of the most popular bars in the island (tiki bar) situated in our complex . As far as the smoking goes our condo is smoke free . Smoking is not unique to our specific complex or surrounding areas. In connection to pricing, pricing is determined based on demand and supply, higher during peak season and lower during off peak. Thank you Jim for picking our place for your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you and your guest .

Perfect stay

This condo was perfect . We had everything we needed . Parking was never an issue. And we definitely enjoyed staying there. Recommended to friends that also vacation on Marco. Will book again.

Fabulous Get Away!

The condo was perfect. The location was just what we wanted. My 11 year old grandson swam in the pool for hours. I would recommend this property to everyone. Jeanne, the property owner was quick to respond to me by both email and text message. Marco Island beaches are the best!
