Welcome to the Verandas at Sea Woods. You'll be very hard pressed to find another beachside community that matches this combination of natural beauty and incredible amenities. This 3 bedroom condo also offers an additional 2.5 baths. You will love lounging on the oversized screened patio which is accessed by both bedrooms and the main living area. This unit has a genuine treehouse feel and receives welcomed shade in the summer months from the canopy of beautiful oaks so prevalent throughout Sea Woods. Just grab your flip flops and beach gear! An incredible location - just a very short walk to the beautiful no-drive beach as well as several shopping and dining options. Sea Woods features 3 pools(1 heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, a large clubhouse, fitness center and walking/biking paths canopied by sprawling oaks and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. There's truly no other community like this beachside. Come see for yourself why Sea Woods is still one of the best kept secrets in New Smyrna Beach.

The property was exactly as advertised. Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The screened in porch was excellent, it was a great spot to have our morning coffee or just have evening conversations. The heated pool was also great, it was a nice area to spend time after being at the beach all day.

Relaxing Stay

We love new Smyrna and this is a nice place to stay. Has everything you need for the beach toys, a few chairs and towels. Has good kitchen supplies like spices and pots and pans. Would stay again!

We stayed for our annual girls trip and were very satisfied! Great location, near the beach, restaurants and cute shops. Great parking and easily accessed Ubers for when we didn’t want to drive. The condo was clean, had everything we needed. We did not use any of the pools or pickleball courts so I can’t give an opinion on those.

Perfect family vacation spot

This place is perfect for a family beach trip. It’s clean and spacious! The amenities are awesome with multiple pools and tennis courts. 5min walk to the beach. I definitely give this place a 4 star review!

I’ve stayed in this community in the past, but Karen’s place was stellar. Everything was easy, the condo was beautiful, and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously!

This was one of our favorite places to stay! The spiral staircase was so cool, the 3 bedrooms really made everyone comfortable, the 3 bathrooms helped with the logistics, and the screened-in deck was a pleasure every day. We came to see family in NSB and for a wedding. We walked out to the beach several times (it's basically across the street!) to walk at sunrise and to see two rocket launches. One at night and one during the day. Great location, great amenities, and the interior is very nicely appointed. Since we have family there, I'm sure we'll stay here again.
