WELCOME TO COFFEE POT COTTAGE!

Coffee Pot Cottage is a premium vacation rental property in a premiere location just steps away from the trail system. It is a quaint, super-clean southwestern 1,000 sf private residence located on Soldiers Pass Road in Sedona, adjacent to one of Sedona's most exclusive neighborhoods. Numerous walking and mountain biking trails may be accessed close to the cottage. Relax in the hot tub or on the three secluded patios of the fully-enclosed, south-facing yard and be mesmerized by the surrounding red rock views of Coffee Pot Rock, Thunder Mountain, Sugar Loaf Mountain, the Sphinx, Brin's Mesa, Tea Pot, Shark Fin, Munds Mountain and more.

Inside, enjoy the bright, cozy, clean, modern living space, featuring a high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a comfortable living room with leather loveseat and chair, wireless, high-speed internet (wi-fi), gas log fireplace and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin bed with memory foam mattress. For your comfort there's a selection of pillow types to choose from, including memory foam, feather or polyester. The master bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. There's also a rear sun/yoga room with comfy seating and two yoga mats. A stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

The cottage is located close to numerous trails, making it the ideal base camp for day hiking or mountain biking. It's also within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, and more, approximately 1.7 miles from the front door! Walk the trails to the Sedona City pool and Posse Grounds activity area, including tennis/pickleball courts, about one mile away.

Coffee Pot Cottage is perfect for a short getaway, longer vacations, or for an extended trip while working remote. Convenient parking for up to two vehicles is provided on the private driveway.

Great spot especially if you plan to hit any off-roading or hiking trails. House as described and has everything you need. We had a slight challenge getting in the front door upon arrival (our fault) and property manager responded promptly. We enjoyed our stay!!

We enjoyed the beautiful house with its breathtaking views. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub after our long hikes… a lot stargazing was done as well. We will be back!

What an incredible location and cottage! We enjoyed the ability to easily walk to the trailhead and explore and then the hot tub to soak and watch the stars every night! The property exceeded our expectations and the host was on top of communication and any needs that came up. Highly recommended!

Great house for a three-day stay in Sedona. It’s within easy walking distance to Soldier’s Pass trailhead and other trails, and pretty easy driving distance to the other trails and canyons of west Sedona. The house itself was neat and clean, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Steady rain our first day. This is the view from the front of the house.

Stayed for three nights. Cottage was exactly as advertised. Had a wonderful stay. Very nice home in a very nice and quite area. The hot tub was wonderful after a full and active day! Would definitely recommend!

Coffeepot Cottage was the perfect place for a relaxed, romantic stay in the midst of beautiful red rock Sedona. The property was well-appointed. The location was ideal for hiking, sight seeing, and shopping, as well as a convenient home-base for farther excursions. We enjoyed the hot tub and star-gazing daily, appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and loved the private feel of the location. The hosts were responsive and welcoming. We would choose Coffeepot Cottage again on future stays.

We loved this house! It was situated on such a quiet street, with an incredible view. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the front patio and watch the hummingbirds. The close proximity to shopping and sight seeing was fantastic. Thank you for such a lovely place!

Quiet and relaxing getaway

This property feels remote and private despite being located close to several popular hiking trails as well as convenient to groceries and restaurants. Would stay here again and again!

Amazing anniversary getaway!!

Fantastic Location

This will be our place to stay when in Sedona! Located a few minute's walk to Soldier's Pass Trail and easy drive for other trails, groceries and restaurants. Excellent communication and immediate response, exceptionally clean and easy parking. Relax!!!!

Soldier's Pass trail base station

If you prefer small private space to large hotels, the Coffee Pot cottage will be ideal for you. We loved the convenience of being walking distance from the Soldier's Pass trail - and the comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood.
