This unique and lively property is located a 5 minute-stroll from the cosmopolitan marina of Vourkari, where the heart of the Κea beats, lined with bars, cafes, shops and a fine selection of fish taverns. It enjoys uninterrupted sunset views of the Aegean Sea and the bay of Vourkari and despite its proximity to the village, it offers complete tranquility and privacy.
Constructed with the excessive use of Kean rock, the villa is perfectly integrated in the Cycladic landscape but it blends also successfully new design trends, providing guests a stylish, colorful and extremely comfortable housing experience, perfect for private, calm and relaxing holidays.
Rainbow Villa can accommodate up to fourteen guests, in two independent housing units.
With 250 m² of living space, the two-storey main house consists of a spacious living room with a large corner sofa, a modern, very well-equipped kitchen, 4 colorful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet. A fully furnished studio with an independent entrance, situated on the lower level, offers complete privacy. At a bit over 70 square meters and able to accommodate a big family, it consists of spacious bedroom with two double beds, a living area with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The rates for up to 6 guests apply solely to the main unit and do not include the guest house.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, baby cot and a high chair.
A real oasis of well-being awaits you outside too. On an elevated covered terrace, you will find a dining area for 12 people and comfortable lounge furniture with a view of the sea and the pool area. Swim in the 50 s.m. fresh water pool, refresh yourself in the outdoor shower or read a good book on the comfortable sun loungers, the stress of everyday life will be quickly forgotten. A stone-built BBQ, complemented with sink, will definitely be appreciated by those fond of barbequing.
The house and grounds offer as much for children as they do for their parents. Besides the large swimming pool, there is also is a children’s play area with slide and swings, log cabin and a trampoline.
The setting is complemented by the large garden, surrounding the property, featuring Mediterranean trees like olive, lemon, figs, plenty of fragrant herbs such as lavender and rosemary and a plethora of indigenous plants in an extraordinary estate of 6.000 s.m.
