The beautiful 65mq (699sqf) Arlena air-conditioned suite is located on the second floor and features a room with a king size bed, 55' TV with cable, private bathroom with amenities and hot water, a 22mq private terrace ( 236sqf), minibar, complimentary coffee and water, desk, free Wi-Fi, daily maid service.
Breakfast is courtesy and is served from 08:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the shared dining room; On the property there are two beautiful and friendly kittens (Luna and Camila).

The property and location were amazing! We enjoyed the comfortable suite, charming furnishings, private patio with an ocean view, and the delicious breakfast each day. The location is ideal, just a few blocks from the malecon. We would definitely stay again. We also enjoying the two friendly cats.However, the check-in process was poor, as no one was there when we arrived and we could not get in off the street. We had provided an estimated arrival time (3 hour window) and no one had mentioned that we needed to give them a 30 minute heads up. Luckily, they responded to our phone call and someone biked over from their other nearby property to check us in. Be sure to communicate with the host proactively about check-in.Our only other comments include: poor WiFi in the room (worked well in lounge area), uncomfortable pillows, and lots of light coming in through the thin curtains, which may wake some earlier than they wish. This feedback is to help other travelers, but we highly recommend regardless.
