L'Emeraude Cottage (15 People)

In the heart of the L’Écrin du Breuil estate, the house L’Émeraude is a warm and spacious place, designed to welcome large families and groups of friends. With its 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it offers comfort and friendliness in a unique setting in the Creuse countryside. The centerpiece of the house is a bright 55 m² conservatory, combining a large fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, kettle) and a cozy living-dining area with a TV. From this living space, the breathtaking view of the countryside invites relaxation and sharing. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and TV, a family bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet, both accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The floor offers two bedrooms with double beds and TVs, one bedroom with three single beds, one bedroom with two single beds, as well as two modern bathrooms with Italian showers, one of which has a toilet.

Outside, the Emeraude charms with its perfectly landscaped private garden: a shaded terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, 3×4 m umbrellas, outdoor tables, and a gas barbecue/grill for friendly meals. For unique moments of relaxation, you can also enjoy a private Nordic bath.

Additionally, access to the estate allows you to enjoy a shared heated pool (from May to September) and a pétanque court, with boules provided, for simple leisure moments.
