この施設について

Boating, Beach, Sunsets and fun for all

This is a special place. Three bedrooms and three plus bathrooms. It has both sunset and sunrise views. A private beach and close to the Popponesset Spit. Comes with kayaks.. Brand new kitchen appliances and new flooring installed in main floor and main bedroom. Life cannot get better than this.

Please note that I dock my two private boats at the dock so use might see me once in a while. You can rent my 17 ft Boston Whaler with 115 HP motor for $350 per day under separate lease to qualified boaters

Wonderful time in a beautiful house

We had a wonderful time and the location of the house was beautiful had nice views of the water from a huge deck overlooking the bay. All rooms were very spacious and neat. We will definitely be revisiting.

Amazing boat house with great view!

We LOVED our stay at the Boat House. The location was great, the house was very clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! We will definitely be back to stay.

Great location. Exactly what we were looking for.

The title says it all. The property was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood. The view was Amazing. House is well equipped. Boating in the backyard. Mountain biking right up the street. Plenty of hangout space. Short drive to whatever you may want. Definitely recommend.

Mashpee Stay

Great neighborhood and amazing views. We had issue with sink in living room that didn't work (see other reviews) and with squirrels in upstairs walls/roof that woke us up early every morning. Gutters could also be cleaned as things were growing out of it. Great property but maintenance was not adequate for price.

Needs lots of work

The maintenance on the interior and exterior was poor. Outside shower and one sink inside did not work. Some lights flickered and others didnt work. To summerize the house is worn out and needs to be remodelled.

Outstanding waterfront on the Cape

Outstanding location on Popponesset Bay. Fantastic patio and sunroom. House has a nice open feel. It is a new property with a few small things that need to be fixed but nothing which had any real affect on our stay. Close to all the restaurants and shopping Mashpee has to offer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. What a cool house in an absolutely stunning and ideal location.

Great place to stay

Overall the stay was very enjoyable and you cannot beat the view. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The house was great for its age and the owner was responsive to most requests we made. There were a couple minor issues (including trash pickup) which we reported and the owner took care of in a reasonable amount of time. We were unable to use the advertised kayaks due to the over growth down by the water; but that was a minor inconvenience with all of the positives related to the house and view.

Place was nice, large enough but several things needed work. Downstairs bathroom sink did not work. Upstairs bedroom had no curtains. Washer/Dryer were full.

Reunion of college friends

The house is perfectly situated on Popponessant Bay, with exceptional views of the water, birds and passing boat traffic. Our group of three couples used all three spacious bedrooms. There are two full baths plus a half bath. The open kitchen and dining area worked well for several people cooking at once. No shortage of pots, pans, plates and glassware. The deck has a large table for outdoor dining and conversation. We met out host who keeps his boat on the adjacent dock. He was very responsive to questions both before and during our visit. We are already planning a return visit.

A VRBO Monet

House was easy to find, check-in was simple. Views spectacular. HOWEVER. I've NEVER rented a VRBO and not had the host or someone they designated available to respond to issues. When I contacted him the first morning with a couple issues the only response I received was "I'm sorry I'm away from the cape". As for the house: I had to buy a coffeemaker, the listed coffeemaker didn’t work. Had to buy a drain plug in order to use the bathtub. Could not find the washer & dryer in the listing. The kitchen cupboard doors - either come unhinged or the handle comes off or they won’t close properly after being opened. There were a few outlets missing with just gaping holes in the wall. The water was lukewarm at best with the exception of the kitchen sink. The entry bathroom had no water at all in the sink, the upstairs bath only had cold water in one sink. The final straw was midweek when we came back from shoping to find - with zero contact from the owner - nearly the entire driveway taken up by a huge boat that had been dropped off effectively blocking use of the garage (listed as an amenity) and making access of the sidewalk difficult. We ended up leaving a day early. I've never had to write a bad review on VRBO. I absolutely expected more from this property based on the listing. And I ALWAYS expect the host to be available to take care of small issues that may arise within a reasonable time frame. Considering the host fee was 1/3 of the entire cost this situation was ridiculous.

This is my favorite. Boating, private beach, close to the spit, fishing right off the dick, swimming, great sunrises and sunsets. Completely renovated kitchen and bedrooms. New furniture plus Aero beds if you need a bit more space.

LAUNDRY IS IN THE BASEMENT

NOTE - THERE WILL BE A LARGE BOAT WRAPPED IN THE DRIVEWY
