Come enjoy ocean views, sunsets, and sounds of waterfalls in our one-bedroom (King Size Bed), two-bath, air-conditioned condo. Kamaole Sands is just across the street from one of Maui’s best beaches.

– Kamaole Sands Resort is a heavily sought-after property - has beautiful lush landscaping and has been one of Maui’s top properties for many years. Our beach access is excellent for swimming, snorkeling, or for just relaxing. Take a romantic walk on the beach, gaze at the spectacular sunsets, watch for whales (in season) or swim with green sea turtles. The opportunities abound. Our unit is in Building #1 on the first floor with an ocean view and quick access to the beach and beautiful Kam Sands property - just a 2 min walk to the beach.

World-class golf, five-star restaurants, exclusive island shops, and the famous Kihei Farmers Market and Shops of Wailea are minutes away.

Located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III, guests have the option of playing at the beach or staying on property and relaxing poolside. If you prefer to work out during your vacation try the on-site gym or join the others who are running and walking down South Kihei Road in the warm Maui weather.

Kamaole Sands is conveniently located in South Kihei. Within just a few blocks (walking distance) you have many options from other sandy beaches to shopping and dining options.

After a day of fun in the sun and surf or sightseeing adventures around the island, return to our Kamaole Sands Condo #1-106 to relax on your ocean-view lanai.
Our newly updated condo is stylishly and comfortably furnished. Some of the features include mini-split air conditioning in both living spaces, a 70” Flat Screen Smart TV in the living room, and a 60” Smart TV in bedroom. We also provide free Wi-Fi.

This well equipped kitchen is ready for any chef who loves to cook, fully stocked with cookware, utensils, spices, olive oil, and cooking spray. Feature’s quartz countertops. For more intimate dining, we feature a dining table on the Lanai.

Our unit is a one-bedroom with two bathrooms and is ideal for 2 but has a comfortable queen sofa-bed and can sleep 4 with no problem. The bedroom has a Cal king-sized bed with luxury linens and mattress. Pack N Play also included.

The unit also includes a dishwasher and a washer & dryer for your convenience.
Don’t want to pack beauty tools? No problem! We provide a premium blow-dryer, straightener, curling iron, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Everything about this place was perfect. The bed was super comfy with nice linens and beach towels. The condo had everything you could think of and more. Very nicely appointed with all the spices you need. The couch was very comfortable and clean and the overall place was nice and clean. Loved the big screen TVs to watch our football. The hosts deserve 5 stars for their attention to detail. Loved the welcome basket and toiletries that were available to us. They were very welcoming and concerned about our comfort at all times. We will definitely be back. Our best stay at the Sands so far.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit at Kam Sands. It was extremely well stocked with quality items, very clean, comfortable bed and furniture and lots of beach items for use. Location is excellent. Host was very responsive to an issue we had with the lock which was quickly resolved. We have stayed in some good units in this complex but this one topped them all. I would recommend without hesitation and will definitely stay in this unit again!

Awesome location!!

This is our first time staying here and we loved it!! The location is right across from a beautiful beach. All the beach gear came in handy as my kid loved it. The grass in front allowed us to have an Easter celebration and throw some eggs out on the grass for our 7yr old. The pool was also nice temperature and the guests were all very nice. We will definitely come back to this place….. not to mention if you look out the slider the tree looks like a naked man which we laughed about the whole time. You won’t be disappointed here

Perfect place in Kihei

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands several times - and this condo is the best ever - perfect location with a well equipped kitchen. Bed and beddings luxurious and all the little details are great. Responsive hosts. Have already booked it for next year!

Best location, super comfortable stay

Jerry and Melinda’s condo was great. Kamole Sands is in the perfect location, the unit was super clean and has everything you need. Building 1 is the closest to Kamole iii beach and you have a view of the ocean from inside the suite. Well definitely be back.

AMAZING 4 DAYS - WISH IT WAS LONGER

My wife and I visited Maui for a short stay on route to Las Vegas for a wedding via Melbourne. This one-bedroom condo was first class, fully stocked and well maintained. The hosts Jerry and Melinda have thought of everything to make your stay stress free. Our biggest regret was not booking a few more days. Definitely would highly recommend and we will be back some day!

Amazing condo!

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands 3 times and this could do was by far the best one yet! The welcome basket was so appreciated when we checked in at 1am. The toilet handle broke and they fixed it almost immediately, even though we were fine to use the other bathroom for the rest of our stay. It was very clean and cozy. We loved sitting on the lanai in the morning with our coffee watching the birds. What an amazing place to stay! We will be back!

Beautiful Place in Paradise

This condo is exceptional! So clean, so well stocked, so comfortable. The hosts offer everything you can think of and they are very responsive if you need them. The location is right across the road from kamaole beach III and a quick walk to some great beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It’s in a perfect spot. The resort itself is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly around the pool and on the pickleball courts. The description and the pictures are exactly what you arrive to. The hosts provide recommendations on everything which is so helpful. We can’t wait to come back and stay in this lovely condo at Kamaole Sands!

Perfect location, responsive host

If you want to stay in Kihei, this unit is about as good as it gets. Comfortable, well-appointed, short walk to the beach. Had some minor issues but Jerry responded quickly and got everything in order.

We would book this condo again in a heartbeat! The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything you need and more, from beach stuff to kitchen stuff. The air conditioning was cold in both the living room and bedroom. The whole complex is a great place to stay. We have been here multiple times, and this would be the condo I would choose 10 out of 10 times.

Fantastic Rental

Awesome condo with lots to do

Great condo, we really enjoyed the short walks to the beach especially with having kiddos. The turtle talks and hula dancing were cool perks of the property. Everything was very clean with lots of cooking supplies, very convenient.

Perfect Place for Family + Friends

Melinda and Jerry's property is top notch. I looked at a lot of ground floor Kam Sands units and theirs was hands down the best. My family (husband, and 3yo daughter) stayed over the 4th of July week and had such a great time in Maui. You could literally pack your clothes and step inside and have everything you need. Melinda has literally thought of everything, the unit is fully stocked. From sand toys, multiple beach umbrellas + chairs, spices, beach towels, portable crib, extra towels, small coolers, beach wagon, boogie boards - you name it, they had it available for you! The unit itself is thoughtfully furnished and the pullout couch was actually really comfortable (my 3yo slept on it and our bedtime routine includes laying with her reading many books!) The unit is exceptionally clean and fresh - it didn't feel like an afterthought like some rentals you'll find out there. They had very clear instructions + items labeled throughout the condo, which we appreciated, nothing was ever left to question. Melinda was extremely responsive and even handled a parking spot issue for us upon arrival that we weren't even aware of! We loved the location of building #1, we could see a slice of the ocean from the lanai and it made it easy to cart kids + beach items across the street to the beach. We would walk down there in the early morning (hello, California time difference!) to take a walk on the beach when it was calm and quiet. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Good Unit

We had two weeks in Maui and it rained for 4 days at the beginning, so we spent more time in the condo that we expected. It was very comfortable. The owners responded very quickly when we had a query.

We love this neighborhood because it’s truly the heart of South Kihei. Kamaole Sands is right across the street from one of Maui’s most beautiful beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, cafés, and local shops. It’s a wonderful area for families — safe, friendly, and full of aloha spirit. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical landscaping, a large pool, and even a separate shallow kids’ pool with a concierge who offers toys, ice cream, and cold drinks. We also love that Wailea’s world-class shops and restaurants are just a quick five-minute drive away, making this the perfect spot to enjoy the best of both Kihei and Wailea.

We love this condo because it opens right onto a large grassy area where you can relax and enjoy the fountain and even catch a partial ocean view. It’s just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with all three Kamaole beaches within easy walking distance. I also love that so many great restaurants and shops are nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything Kihei has to offer. And honestly, I think Kamaole Sands is the most beautiful condominium resort in all of Kihei.
