This light & bright condo in the Sea Cabins complex is situated just a few steps away from the community pool and a short walk across the road to the private beach access. As you enter the condo you will find an open living room with dining area and kitchen. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, off the living room area you will find the bunkroom and full bath with a shower/tub combo. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The Sea Cabins are adjacent to Seascape Golf Resort, Surfside and Ariel Dunes and less than a mile away from the Silver Sands outlet center. Also nearby are Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, Destin Commons shopping and several popular eateries, including Pompano Joe's, Capt. Dave's on the Gulf and Camille's.

All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

PETS: Unfortunately, Sea Cabins is NO LONGER pet friendly by recent decision of the HOA. If guests bring a pet anyway, they will be charged an additional, non-refundable inconvenience and cleaning fee by the property manager (Destin Beach Realty). This does not apply to reservations booked prior to December 15, 2021.
