Located in the heart of charming east Dundee and literally steps away from all east Dundee has to offer. Restaurants, shopping, and bike path. Just 3 blocks takes you over the bridge to West Dundee. Offering more eateries and shops. Summers offer wine down Wednesday and Thirsty Thursday alternating weeks. Also a mini flea market every Saturday
Walk down street and around corner to new bakery, lunch or dinner. No need for an Uber !!!
This quaint building was an old schoolhouse converted to a 4 flat. Has original hardwood throughout as well as trim and doors. Fully equipped kitchen and located on the 1st floor. 2 parking spots come with rental and have coin washer dryer in basement for any long term renter.

Because it has its original charm and has had TLC put in for decorating and all amenities. Not to mention the location can't be beat.

Management is my profession, and luckily I have staff on hand god forbid any emergencies arrive-I don't have to wait on a contractor.
