The space: The entire kid friendly home is yours to enjoy and is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, on a low traffic street. Perfect for evening walks.

Bedroom 2: full size bed with adjoining sitting room that leads to secure fenced backyard.

Bathroom: soaking shower/tub combo with a 5-spray pattern shower head. All necessary toiletries are provided for your convenience (including baby shampoo/bodywash).

Brand new In-unit Washer/Dryer

Kitchen: fully equipped with brand new Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water/ice dispenser, electric stovetop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig and coffee, pots/pans and stocked with your basic spices/oils.

Living area has a comfy recliner rocker and a Samsung 58" smart TV with Samsung TV Plus, basic TV channels, Netflix, Prime, Hulu Disney+ and other similar apps.

* We ask that you please be respectful of our neighbors with no outdoor loud music past 9pm.
* NO large gatherings or parties allowed.
* Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside any space of the home.
* NO PETS: Please honor our request for no pets. We have family members with allergies/asthma to animals.
* Check out process is smooth and simple.
* Approval required for booking requests over 7 nights.
