WALK: 3 min Midtown/Gulch, 7 min Downtown. CAB/UBER: 3min. 3.5 BR, 2.5 Bathrooms (11 Beds). [extra provided as needed] spacious living room, spacious dining room; 2 patios: downstairs and on the roof - amazing Downtown views from the roof! PARTIES OF 10 OR MORE FOR THREE OR MORE NIGHTS GET A DISCOUNT the FOURTH NIGHT.
This beautiful home is in the heart of Downtown Nashville and Midtown and is in the center of the Music City, the Gulch. You have a minute's access to Midtown, the Gulch, and Downtown and all the fun Nashville has to offer. You can not get a better location than one of these homes in Nashville! Enjoy this modernized home next to several other brand new homes. The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young professionals and fun people live. The house comes fully equipped with alarm system and cameras. They aren't necessary but never hurt to have. There is nothing but fun on the interior! Dont' forget to inquire with the Owner if you have any questions. Have an especially large group, inquire with the Owner about saving about a discount for longer stays!!!
Lyft, Uber and Taxis are never more than a 5 minute wait because the house is so close to heavily populated and fun areas. This house is wonderfully located in the Downtown residential area of the Gulch and allows for accommodations for very large groups. Please inquire for details and don't turn away just because you think the house might be too small!
Within a 1/4 mile, you'll have hit downtown and midtown, which encompasses well over 100 restaurants and bars, a liquor store, Whole Foods, Publix, Turnip Truck, Virgin Hotel, W Hotel, all the offerings of the Gulch and Midtown. There is even the only centrally located park in Downtown Nashville across the street between the house and Broadway. So, you can take a stroll in the park or walk to Tin Roof, Midtown and all the great bars on Demonbreun street or go another block to Broadway.
You WILL NOT FIND A BETTER LOCATION and it's great never needing a car!!!!

You have a minute's access to Midtown, the Gulch, and Downtown and all the fun Nashville has to offer. You can not get a better location than one of these homes in Nashville! Enjoy this modernized home next to several other brand new homes. The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young professionals and fun people live. The house comes fully equipped with alarm system and cameras. They aren't necessary but never hurt to have. There is nothing but fun on the interior! Dont' forget to inquire with the Owner if you have any questions. PARTIES FOR THREE OR MORE NIGHTS GET A DISCOUNT on fees. Have an especially large group, inquire with the Owner about saving on the Fees and/or getting a fourth night free!!!!

This house was completed in 2016 and has recently updated floors and a resistance Trex roof. We are constantly working to make it better and we truly love the home and think you will too. There isn't too much not to like. Please reach out directly to the Owner if you have any questions about the occupancy and the availability to host your group! The house is massive.
The home is equipped to host your large group and we know you will simply love the finishes, the location, the newness of the home and the proximity you have to everything!! Don't hesitate to ask any questions about the place. The multiple beds make sure that any large group is very comfortable and also makes sure that you do not necessarily have to share beds unless you want to. We really look forward to hosting you and/or your large group!! Please reach out directly to the Owner if you have any questions about the occupancy.
