10 Beds [extra provided as needed] spacious living room, spacious dining room; 2 patios: downstairs and on the roof - see downtown from the roof. Four sleeping rooms, two full bathrooms and two patios. PARTIES OF 10 OR MORE BOOKING FOR FOUR NIGHTS INCLUDING FRIDAY GET A DISCOUNT ON THE FOURTH NIGHT!

This New home is in the heart of Midtown and Downtown Nashville and in the center of Music Row and the Downtown Gulch. Enjoy this extremely modernized home with 20 FOOT CEILINGS. The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young professionals and fun people live and you simply have access to it all. There is not a better location in Nashville, period! The house comes fully equipped with alarm system and security cameras. They aren't necessary but never hurt to have. There is nothing but fun on the interior and you'll love the homes. Make sure to inquire with the Owner about accessibility and, if you are a large group of 10 or more we can be creative. Lyft, Uber and Taxis are never more than a 5 minute wait because the house is so close to heavily populated and fun areas. This house is in Gulch South and allows for accommodations for very large groups. Please inquire for details and don't turn away just because you think the house might be too small. You will love this home and these accommodations!!!
There is a hot tub on the roof at this home. No more than 4 people can be in the hot tub at any one time.

Perfect Girls Trip!!

The house was just like the pictures! Clean, modern and great for a big group. They have thought of everything. Great communication. We walked everywhere. It’s about a 25 minute walk to Broadway. Plenty of parking on street for cars.

This house was completed in 2016 and constantly working to make it better; I truly love the home and I think you will too. There isn't too much not to like. Please reach out directly to the Owner if you have any questions about the occupancy and the availability to host your group.

The home is equipped to host your large group and we know you will simply love the finishes, the location, the newness of the home and the proximity you have to everything!! Don't hesitate to ask any questions about the place. The multiple beds make sure that any large group is very comfortable and also makes sure that you do not necessarily have to share beds unless you want to. We really look forward to hosting you and/or your large group!! Please reach out directly to the Owner if you have any questions about the occupancy.

VRBO now collects all taxes so you will see the tax charges upon booking. There are also some additional fees thrown in. Don't hesitate to ask me how to avoid the fees! Reach out to the Owner with any questions. Can't wait for you to book the home!
