We purchased this property at a foreclosure sale in 2021 with the intent for our youngest to go to college in Sterling. It has been gutted and rehabbed nearly from ground up. He of course knew everything already and opted to not go to college so here we have a nearly new house and no one to live in it.

While doing our painfully slow rehab we had a very difficult time finding short term rentals that fit our bill. There are some wonderful dormitory style lodging available (if you would like a referral for that, please reach out!) that have been incredibly rehabbed and run very professionally, just not a full house that we could make ours while we worked on our little gem.
