We offer your own private fully heated pool, board games, open air lanai, propane grill, pool toys, loungers, Beach Cruiser bicycles to bike 1 mile to Indian Shores, Fishing gear and tackle if you want to fish off the beach! Our kitchen pantry is fully stocked with all the amenities of home. Pool Towels and chairs. We also provide weekly professional pool service and lawncare. Come see us today! The O'Briens: John and Bryce O'Brien. We are your hosts. We love our Florida retreat and are excited to share it with others. Bryce, being from Clearwater and growing up on the Gulf coast, can help be a great resource for wonderful local restaurants, shopping, local events, things to do and so much more. Bryce is a Clearwater High School and Florida State Graduate. I was also a Teacher for many years at Pinellas Park Middle School and am now a Realtor across multiple states. John was born and raised in Michigan, traveling to visit family in Florida for many years. He is an Army Special Forces Veteran and truly enjoying time in the Florida sun!

We have found the perfect Oasis in paradise to share Our hideaway is only 1 mile from the beach, 1 mile from our local grocer, and walking distance to multiple amazing Florida Restaurants. You can't beat traveling on the local Beach Trolley once down on the beach. You can travel and hop on and off at all areas. Just a short drive to John's Pass where you can go deep sea fishing, rent boats, dine, shop, parasail, jet ski and more. This quiet community in Seminole Florida is a hidden Gem. During the cool evenings enjoy opening the living room and kitchen sliding walls all the way up and sit out on the Lanai to take in the sea sounds. Sit by the Fire pit and enjoy music and smores. Lounge by the the pool and take a dip to cool off while relaxing in the Florida Sun. The Pinellas County Trail System is a short bike ride away which runs the length of the county for outdoor exercise enthusiasts
