Kern is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home in the peaceful Southbend Lakes area of Port St. Lucie — well rated over several years of hosting and a firm favourite with families, larger groups, and boating enthusiasts.

The C24 canal boat ramp is just around the corner, giving you access to the St. Lucie River, Indian River Lagoon, and the ocean. Veterans Memorial boat ramp is close by too. Parking a boat at the property may be possible by prior agreement and subject to size — please ask when booking.

The private heated pool is screened year-round with a large patio, outdoor dining for 8, and sun loungers. The fully fenced garden (4ft) gives pets and children safe room to roam. Dogs are welcome (max 2, pet fee applies).

Inside, the layout is generous and well thought out for larger groups. As you enter, the large dining room seats 8. The well equipped kitchen and breakfast dinette are centrally positioned, with the family room to the rear featuring a 65" HDTV with Hulu Live — live sports, news, and streaming included. The four bedrooms are on a split plan — the spacious master is to the left with a TV, dedicated desk and workspace, and a cabana bathroom with direct pool access. The other three bedrooms are to the right — a queen with TV, two twin rooms (one with TV) — sharing a bathroom between the queen and second twin room. The dedicated workspace in the master makes Kern ideal for snowbirds and longer stays. Washer and dryer in the property, parking for 4 cars on the driveway.

Jensen Beach Park is the nearest beach — sunrise to sunset, there's always something to see. Spruce Bluff Preserve is a short walk away. US1 is minutes away for restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Clover Park (Mets spring training) is under 20 minutes. I95, the Turnpike, and major routes are all easily accessible from Kern Road for day trips to Orlando, Miami, or the Keys.

A legal agreement will be required with a copy of a valid government photo ID. We are integrated hosts with our own platform that generates this information.

The house was great! It was spacious and very clean. The pool was awesome! We also enjoyed dining outside. We had mostly good weather and spent a lot of time outside.We had our 2 dogs with us. Having a fenced in yard allowed them to be outside without having to be on a leash all the time.Colin was always quick to respond to any question we had or small issue. We would most definitely stay here again!

Just a couple who had a dream of owning a property in Florida. When we arrived in Port St. Lucie we instantly knew this was where we wanted to put down our roots — from Jensen Beach Park to St. Lucie West and everything up and down US1 from Fort Pierce to Jupiter. We loved it so much we've since added more properties here, and are happy to share our little piece of paradise with you.

Kern drew us in with its size and layout — the split floor plan works beautifully for larger groups and families who want space to spread out. The cabana bathroom with pool access was a feature we hadn't seen in many properties, and the proximity to the C24 boat ramp made it a natural choice for us. Quiet street, great neighbours, and everything Port St. Lucie has to offer right on the doorstep.
