When you aren't soaking up the sun or riding the waves, take a walk or bike ride to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants in town. (Owner supplies a few bikes , boogie boards, etc; condition not guaranteed!) No Pets or Smoking please. Stay for a mini-week in the "shoulder seasons" - guests pay a $300.00 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 days. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
