Our saltwater canal front home mixes the best of Old Florida charm with modern style, conveniently located minutes from New Smyrna and Daytona Beach Shores. Bring your boat and enjoy the best of the ICW & Back Country or use the kayaks and enjoy the sunset from Rose Bay. Memorial weekend.

Nice and clean. Relaxing large back yard. A The neighbors out for their morning walks were all very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great little house

This is a great little house to stay in. Located close to the beach but quiet at night time . The kayaks are fun and an added bonus. The living room is a nice place to play games with families. Located close to shopping as well but we went for the beach.

Beautiful Florida Bungalow

We had a wonderful stay at the Florida Bungalow! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the backyard was absolutely beautiful, backing right up to the water. We’re already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Spring Break

We had a delightful time in Port Orange! The weather was wonderful, the location was perfect and the accommodations were great! We especially enjoyed the opportunities to kayak and paddle board in the canal as well as take walks to the many little parks that overlooked the water. We saw manatee, dolphins and lots of other fish. We also enjoyed driving on the beach, taking a boat tour in blue springs and eating at the many restaurants overlooking the water.

Nice property

The home was very clean and exactly as shown and described in the photos/description. We especially appreciated the ice maker and the back deck. Bed was comfortable, plenty of linens and dishes. Check in and check out were easy and Nicole was very responsive in communication. We truly enjoyed our stay

Beautiful place right on the water

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place!! We all enjoyed the house and the back yard! We enjoyed coffee by the canal every morning. My husband and i took the kayaks out to the bay two times and saw dolphins both times!! Absolutely loved everything about this place! There were 6 of us and it never felt cramped. Definitely recommend staying here! The hosts were very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Race getaway

50th to Remember

A few of my girlfriends stayed with me to celebrate my 50th birthday. I’m a pretty chill person and this was the perfect place. We walked to the restaurant down the road, did some kayaking, and just enjoyed cake and drinks. It was absolutely fantastic. Check in and out we’re super easy. Place was beautiful. We sat on the back porch and enjoyed the weather and talked and laughed. It was the perfect birthday

Perfect getaway and boat friendly

It was the perfect Mother’s Day weekend getaway in this cute little home. It was very cozy and pretty spacious. We brought our boat and had no problem getting to the channel. We would stay here again if we had the chance

Bayshore Bungalow

My family and I attended the Roar Before the 24 Cubscout event at the Daytona Speedway and opted out of camping on the infield. The Bayshore Bungalow was exactly what we needed for some solitude. The Bayshore Bungalow was so charming and peaceful our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend staying here if stopping in the area.

Perfect getaway

It was such a delightful property. Much better in person than in pictures. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Renting the property was very easy. There was great communication the whole stay. Everything was clean and well thought out. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Place with awesome amenities

Went down for a men’s weekend. Had a great time in the area and the hosts were awesome. Place was clean and well put together. We brought a boat and kept it out back. Super easy access to the sandbars. A great trip all around. Would definitely recommend it for families and groups. There’s a bar/restaurant in walking distance as well. We will be booking again. Thanks!!

Birthday/Mother’s Day weekend

6 of us came to Port Orange to celebrate birthdays and early Mother’s Day and visit other family. The house is absolutely charming and conveniently located to shopping, beaches, restaurants, etc. The backyard was on a canal and the place provided 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards which were put to good use. Enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard both evenings. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy what’s important in life.

Couldn't ask for more-- a great stay!

We found this property clean and ready for our family. It is very-well decorated, updated, and everything works perfectly. While you could say the bungalow is pretty 'cozy' we didn't want for space with a family of 4. The location is wonderful- close to Daytona, New Smyrna, and plentiful restaurants and other businesses. Communication from our hosts was super-helpful and very friendly. They take extra care to make your stay in their home a special experience. Both of our kids (14 and 17) said they wanted to stay in this same property the next time we visit FL. I can't think of a single reason why we wouldn't do just that. Thanks for a great stay!!

Classy and Inviting

The interior of the home is beautiful, with charming accents, top-end amenities and a decor that is both welcoming and soothing with its neutral spa tones. We loved the water activities out back and used the paddle boards and kayaks frequently. We had planned to use the bikes, but found they were too short and did not have a quick release lever to adjust the seat height. The handmade soaps were a hit with our family. Owners Ryan and Nikki were very responsive and quickly addressed our concerns.

A jewel in a safe neighborhood

My husband, son, and I were looking for getaway to Daytona/New Smyrna Beach for Memorial Day to drive our Jeep on the beach. After searching beachfront hotels and places to stay, we chose this VRBO. Disclaimer we have stayed in short term rental nationally and internationally. THIS home completely exceeded our expectations. I would have to rate it as 1 of our top 5! Upon arrival, our hosts supplied cold drinks 🍺, muffins, breads, fruit, coffee, creamer….the works. The home was impeccably clean and smelled amazing. Plenty of fresh white tiles (a big thing for me ❤️) The owners had bikes awaiting our arrival. Beach towels and ecoutrements. We like to stay in a rental home when traveling with our adult son. I personally enjoy preparing breakfast. The owners had EVERYTHING at our disposal to cook. What drew us to this rental was the waterfront access. The owners also provided kayaks, stand up paddle boards for our us. We had a blast paddling out to the river. A fire pit and grill were also available for use. Something that I personally prefer in vacation rentals is renting through an owner as opposed to a management company(which provide no personal touches, you’re lucky to have coffee available.) I can’t express this enough, the owners were accessible immediately to answer any question and provide assistance to our requests. The charm of this comfortable, beautifully appointed home surpassed any stay at a 5 star hotel. We were so pleased with our stay that we barely made it to the beach, Thank you! .

charming small house

We really enjoyed our stay at Harbor Oaks. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the small canal in the back yard and the kayaks and paddle boards are a plus. The location was perfect for our stay, not on the beach but close enough to go to the beach.

Port Orange Canalfront

Great attention to detail and great hosts! Property has been tastefully renovated and owners have obviously put a lot of thought into the product they are providing. The canal and bay remind me of Crystal River. Access to the intracoastal was easy enough for an experienced boater (slow and steady when navigating the first time), the location is ideal - short drive to New Smyrna or Daytona Beach. Hidden Treasure on Rose Bay is walking distance. We loved it!
