House Rules

We appreciate your help in keeping the property clean and well cared for during your stay.

Septic System Notice:

Please flush toilet paper only. The home is equipped with a grinder pump connected to a septic system. Any damage caused by improper use (e.g., flushing wipes or other materials) will result in repair charges.

Pets:

Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside of the fenced area.

Please clean up and properly dispose of all pet waste.

Any undisclosed pets will incur a $250 fee and/or may result in termination of your stay.

Fire Safety:

If using the fire pit, please check current local fire restrictions in advance.

Guests assume full responsibility for fire safety and proper extinguishing.

Antiques & Taxidermy:

Many items in the home are family heirlooms. Please do not handle or disturb these pieces.

Emergency Exits:

Main exit: upstairs through the primary entrance

Secondary exit: master bedroom window

Smoking Policy:

No smoking inside the home

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas

Please dispose of cigarette butts safely to prevent fire hazards

A $300 cleaning fee will be applied for any indoor smoking

Check-In / Check-Out:

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Occupancy & Conduct:

All guests must be listed on the reservation

Unauthorized guests will be charged $150 per person, per night and/or may result in immediate termination of the stay

Parties or events are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,500 fee and/or eviction

Age Requirement:

Primary renter must be 21 years or older

Underage drinking is strictly prohibited
