Nice and neat. Convenient to see family

Unit was very clean, smelled good, good AC, comfortable bed, neighborhood quiet. Owners very kind, check-in was easy.

Good Time

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and comfortable. All we needed and nothing we didn't. One suggestion - find a way to put a towel bar in the bathroom.

Cockroach on the counter

Cooking utensils were mostly filthy, no microwave or washer/dryer, no place to hang a towel in the bathroom, had to ask for facecloths , only light in the kitchen that worked was over the stove.

Thank you David for your review. The house has been treated thoroughly by terminex and there are not bugs. The light had been updated with a new ceiling fan and we have installed a microwave, towel rack and added additional face cloths!

Duplex Property

Positives the place was very clean. The bathroom is newly remodeled. The bed is comfortable. I didn't realize this was a duplex property when i booked it. I felt like we were invading the families space at times. I never got a response to a few messages I sent to the property owner. Finally was able to reach them by text. The code to get into the door was sent past the time discussed. We were in a rush to get to a concert and that was a bit frustrating.

So deceiving

What seemed like a adorable little place to stay turned into a roach nightmare. We arrived and quickly realized that hardly any lights worked and it did not quite look as nice as the photos- as expected of course. After a couple of nights we noticed roaches swarming the sink and all around the kitchen, we then began looking around and discovered multiple hidden roach traps around the place. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but after the 3rd night we woke up and our water was completely cut off and so we decided to just pack up and leave. The owners were super nice in the beginning and check in was easy but this just felt so wrong and felt like we were being forced out a day early. Now I am out $414 and very disappointed and sad with how my vacation ended.

The city was repairing a pipe outside and it was temporarily off for 15 minutes which I explained to you. Perfect finding

I was looking for a place in that area - which is calm, neighborly, pretty close to a personal place of interest - and was not disappointed to choose this one. This was my first trip after the pandemic started, and I really wanted to rest and enjoy a good time with my partner. Janee replied to our every question and provided us with the best experience I could have wished for. I really felt at home during my stay there. The place had been renewed recently, and it was really clean, neat and comfortable. The green area in the back was a plus that we very much enjoyed, along with our service dog Sam. Closet space, great mattress, and a desk for work /study were some of my favorite features. The only problem we had was with the internet connection; the host acknowledged it and said it would be solved. Rockledge is a great place for a quiet yet interesting getaway, if you wanna explore the area and its surroundings. I surely recommend Janee's place.
