After a day in the Poconos, come rest your weary paws at this family-friendly home we affectionately call POCO BEAR HOUSE. Completely renovated in a rustic/mid-century modern style, this tasteful bear-themed house is both chic and comfortable. We are located in Northridge, only three minutes from Camelback’s skiing, waterpark, mountain adventure and Aquatopia. Also minutes away are Khalahari, Big Pocono State Park, the Crossings Premium Outlets, Mount Airy Casino & much more.

THE SPACE
You will enter on the ground floor into an airy living room where you can sit back and unwind.  Warm yourself up by the indoor fireplace.  Ask Alexa to play you some  relaxing tunes.  Forget the outside world.
 
Past the breakfast counter is a well-stocked kitchen where you can prepare a gourmet meal.  Gather and break bread around the dining table.   On warm nights slip onto the string-lit deck and lounge at the powder-blue patio table to chat the night away.  Then wake up in the morning to a fresh-ground brew at the coffee bar.  
 
Down a few steps from the living room is the highlight of the house, our BRAND NEW stocked game room featuring a pool/ping-pong table, air hockey, basketball, soft dartboard, and Arcade1Up games including Marvel vs. Capcom, Pac-Man Legacy 12-in-1 Edition, and a Star Wars pinball machine.  Rainy day? Choose from an assortment of new and classic board games.  
 
Upstairs, you will find a Master en suite with a king-sized bed and large screen TV, a second full bath with tub, two bedrooms with full-size beds, and a huge bonus room with two full size sleeper sofas. The bonus room also features a 65 inch TV, a chess table, a work station and a cozy reading nook.  

Guests also have access to the community pool in July and August.

-Body Towels, wash clothes, and hand towels.  Moist wipes and cotton rounds for make-up removal.
-Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom.

-Coffee Station! We provide tea bags and premium coffee beans for a fresh grind.  Bring your own Keurig pods and decaf.
-Kitchen features large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and induction heat stove/oven.  Full set of cookware, basic seasoning, and dinnerware for 12 people.

-Four flat screen TV’s. Netflix, Disney+, Prime TV, etc. available for use by signing into your personal account.

-Electric Infrared Grill on the patio and Gas Grill behind house.  Guests are responsible for cleaning after use. Patio table with string lights.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

 
-DOGS ARE WELCOME! Maximum of two (2) dogs, no more than 50lbs each. Dogs must be housebroken and not be left alone in the house unless crated. $25 PET FEE PER DOG PER STAY.
-No parties
-No smoking
-Zero-Tolerance of any fireworks
-Primary responsible renter must be age 25 and over, due to community by-laws.
-The pool is a 2-minute drive from the property. The pool temperature is set to 82 degrees. Proper swimwear attire is required. Babies and untrained toddlers must wear swim diapers. The pool will closed or be suspended during inclement weather. The pool will close with temperatures 65 degrees or lower. POOL LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED IN ORDER TO USE POOL.
-Parking Notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. All other vehicles must be parked in the overflow lot down the road. Parking on street prohibited. Parking rules strictly enforced, so please don’t risk getting a ticket. All guests names and plate numbers will be registered with the admin office prior to check in.
