This property was great for our family of 5 (6 counting our dog) including my elderly mother in law. Lots of entertainment and beautiful surroundings. My family loved the home theater and watched a movie every night. The host was great and proactive. Highly recommend

Amazing place!

We stayed with some extended family here - with a handful of teenagers and there was no shortage of fun things to do without leaving the house. We played hours of pool and ping pong. Location is beautiful! Communication with owners was easy and efficient. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Great weekend getaway

The house was wonderful, lots of room for everyone. We had a great time with the pool table, ping pong and games. Being able to play in the snow right outside was a great bonus. Host were very responsive and quick to questions. Will be looking for this house next year!

5 Star Cabin

Moose Crossing is the best rental we have ever had in the mountains! Quiet, close to Big Trees and fishing, and plenty of fun things to do at the cabin itself - excellent shuffleboard and impressive home theater! The kitchen has literally everything you might have at home, which makes cooking fun. Even our dog felt at home, which is not easy to achieve. The hosts are truly superhosts - thank you for your hospitality and a truly memorable trip!

Family Fun!

Our family enjoyed our stay at your wonderful cabin! There were activities galore with out having to leave. We enjoyed the pool table and the fun games outside ex. Shuffle board, badminton, swing set basketball! I meant there so many things to keep you busy. Everything was very clean and well kept. The theater was one of our favorites! We planned a movie night with all the kids they enjoyed it. We would definitely be coming back again! Oh and the wine and chocolates made mom and dad happy 😊 Thanks again for having us!

Best place to make memories!

5 stars all around! There was so much snow too and the best part was that we didn’t have to leave the house to go play in it. The trip was amazing for all 9 of us plus our dog. The whole house was warm so it made everything real comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the movie theater they spent most of the time there when not playing in the snow. The adults enjoyed the two story aspect of it because the kids had their own space. The amenities were a major key for our enjoyment there was a washer / dryer , the kitchen has all the appliances and any dishes, pots, forks, etc. that you may need. I was able to bbq everyday and enjoy the scenery out on the deck. We made a lot of great memories so we will definitely be back. Returning to the same house is an easy choice since the owners provided amazing customer service and were prompt in answering any questions we had, they really were amazing and easy to communicate with.

Spectacular cabin!

SPECTALULAR cabin!!! This was our first family vacation in Dorrington. Every member of our family enjoyed it and we made wonderful memories. As soon as we arrived the kids ran to explore the house and found the theater and game room. They didn’t want to leave the house at all (and neither did the adults!) We enjoyed playing family games outside/inside, family movie night (with AMAZING surround sound), BBQ on large and spacious deck, hiking at Calaveras Big Tree State Park, and swimming and fishing at White Pines Park. Our 4th of July vacation flew by and we only wish we had more time to spend in Dorrington in this truly spectacular cabin! Breathtaking views around the house with lots of privacy in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. This cabin is pet friendly and lots of space for our 2 dogs to run/play. We also have to share that Udayan and Rinky were very welcoming, accessible and very responsive when we had questions. Thank you so much making us feel at home!! We definitely want to return.

We were 5 adults and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It’s very spacious and they have pretty much thought of everything you might need. We played all the games, especially pool, and watched a movie every night in the home theater. Great after an exhausting day of hiking, swimming, etc. It has a very large smart tv and you can also play dvds on a player. The kitchen is fully stocked. I really appreciated how clean it was because I know they allow dogs and aside from a little white hair here or there I’d never know dogs had been there. The jet bathtub was a nice treat. WiFi worked well although there were times you still couldn’t text or call but didn’t bother us. A/C worked great during 100 degree temps and honestly, the house never really got super hot so we barely used it. All the essentials are stocked (TP, tissue, soap, detergent, etc). Plenty of towels but if you use washcloths, bring your own So much space outside with a great fire pit area (wish we could’ve used that) and plenty of privacy from neighbors. Plenty of parking. Communication with owners was fast and pleasant. Easy check out (no need to haul your trash out). We’ve stayed in Arnold multiple times and this is probably our favorite cabin. We are already talking about the next time we can come back.
