Newly built construction in perfect serene area. Enjoy the surrounding beauty of nature or take a short walk and soak in the waters of Lake Michigan. Nearby breweries and wineries for the adults too. If it's too cold for the lake you can enjoy the hot tub and infrared sauna to warm you up.

The house was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for in the winter. The fireplace made the evenings especially inviting, and having both a sauna and hot tub was such a treat after cold days outside. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests.

My girlfriends and I do a Ladies trip every year and this year, we landed on this GEM. As others have said, it is by far the best VRBO we've ever rented. CLEAN which is so important to us and an accurate description to boot. The hosts were great communicators when needed as well. While the home is located in a neighborhood, the backyard is very private and serene. We spent most of our at-home time on the back patio enjoying the hot tub and firepit area, as well as mother nature. My Merlin bird app could hardly keep up and we even saw a newborn fawn taking its first steps. This home is centrally located to everything too. You are 10-20 minutes from so many charming towns, delicious restaurants, grocery stores and interesting things to do. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

We held a girls’ weekend at the Modern Farmhouse and thoroughly enjoying the space! It was clean, comfortable and 5 stars all the way around. Its location was perfect for the four of us, driving from different areas. The amenities were amazing. We really enjoyed our time there! Beautiful home, wonderful location!

Unbelievable vrbo! Beautiful farmhouse fully stocked kitchen,bath and Livingroom. We stayed for a Thanksgiving get away with the family and the hot tub and sauna were exceptionally clean and such an added bonus. Beds were comfy and the fireplace was wonderful to cozy up to in the evening.Owners were easy to contact and replied promptly.

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The easy walk to the beach and the park was just what we were looking for! The hottub was very nice as well! We loved our stay and had a great time!
