Looking for a place to splash around for your vacation? Come stay at Mountain Splash and have the place of relaxation and fun you have been looking for. This cabin in Sherwood Forest is convenient to all attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg being just minutes from either.
With paved roads, parking and just a few steps in the cabin makes it a breeze to get to. Upon entering you will be greeted with an open concept of the fully equipped kitchen and living room that shows a spectacular mountain view through the windows. Enjoy family meals at the long dining table and evenings in front of the fireplace reading your favorite book or watching the game on the sleeper sofa.
Take your morning coffee out on the main level deck and enjoy the gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. Take the rest of the day just to stay in for some much-needed R&R. Play around of pool upstairs watch your favorite movie on the big screen in the theater room or even take a dip with the duckies in the indoor private pool. When the day is ending take a soak in the hot tub on the lower-level deck and unwind before bed.
Time to turn in for the night choose from one of the 5 bedrooms to call your own for your stay. Then the King Master is located on the Main level off the kitchen and offers a King bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom on the main level has 2 Twin over Queen bunks and its own private bathroom. Upstairs off the game room you will find another King and one Queen bedroom both with Private bathrooms. The Last bedroom is located downstairs across from the pool room with another Queen over Queen bunk. There is another full bathroom on this level as well for convenience.

Good fun for the little ones

Fun place. We had 10 kids! Mostly elementary age but everyone had a blast.

Christmas vacation

We rented this cabin for a mini vacation before Christmas. We had a few complaints…the beds were very uncomfortable and would creek with any movement, the fan in the living room had so much dust on it that it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the fireplace didn’t work, and there were a few lights that were burnt out and needed new light bulbs. We contacted the property manager and they had someone out that same day to look at the fireplace but nothing was ever resolved with it. We also let them know that a few of the lights needed the bulbs changed but no one ever came to do that so we went all weekend without light in the main upstairs and living room. Apart from these complaints, the house comfortably accommodated our group and was everything we needed. The pool, hot tub, and theater room were a big hit.

Disaster with a Great View

This place is dated! The pictures are deceiving. The kitchen chairs are peeling, the floors are dull, cabinets need help. The kitchen table accommodated the 8 children but when they were seated we couldn’t walk around the table without bumping someone. We chose this cabin because of its pool, dedicated theater/game rooms, size and number of bedrooms/bathrooms. We expected a clean place where the 8 children could be comfortable and occupied at all times. But the pool water was so dirty the children would not get in it after the first day. They said , "we can't see underwater". The kitchen was not clean (The table, the stove top and the inside of the oven door). The living room was dark as the dusty ceiling fan only had 2 of its 3 lights working. The windows were suspect and there were huge spider webs on the rafters. Didn’t use the hot tub because the porch vibrations made us nervous. In the game room, the pool table (light weight) had to be moved to open the sofa bed. One of the two arcade games didn’t work. The best feature, the view, was amazing. The bdrms and baths were a good size and clean. The daytime staff was great. The tv’s didn’t work so they came to the unit rebooted the internet and got all tv’s on line quickly!

A little disappointesd

The view was beautiful. We were disappointed that there was alot of the tv remotes that did not have batteries. The toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap was so very cheap that we had to go out and buy our own. The tvs had to be programmed everytime we turned them on. We felt since we paid almost $4000. for 4 days that the items listed above should have been alot better. The door code was not correct we had to stand outside for 20 minutes while they re-program the door code and then when we were heading out for the evening the code didnt work again. We had to have it reprogrammed again. We found either a diaper or paper cleaning cloth in the pool as soon as we got there. While trying to get it out it broke into a ton of pieces. So everytime the kids got in the pool it stir that all up. The pool was heated nicely. The pool table needs to be leveled and the pockets need some attention.. We just thought after paying that much money we should not have had to deal with these issues.

Great location, perfect for family and friends!

Great trip! Perfect place for kids and family. Location was great for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only negative is that the lights in the cabin need better bulbs and be brighter.

Beautiful cabin

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at Mountain Splash. Cabin was exactly as advertised and immaculate! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, theatre room, and just drinking coffee on the balcony enjoying the view. Perfect location close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We hope to return soon!

Great location

The location was perfect for our stay. The cabin was very clean. One arcade game did not work and the owner offered to send a repair man, but we were fine and busy doing other activities. The only things we didn’t like were the mattresses and very loud creaking beds. Also, the flat sheets weren’t already on the beds! I wasn’t a fan of making the bed before I could sleep in it.

Weekend getaway at a beautiful cabin!

By far the most beautiful cabin I've ever stayed and look forward to staying here again. The cabin definitely has it all! The view, decor, the hot tub, just everything is so nice!! So for the cons which wouldn't detour me from staying here again and were minor; property has a gate that closes at night and the gate code we were given didn't work luckily, another guest coming in gave us thiers. The beautiful large pool was so cold. You are charged a "use fee" and the first night the pool temp was ok (didnt check the temp) the second and only full day it was 55 degrees! The kids and only a few brave adults could stand it and only were able to do short periods of time in the pool. My remaining family couldn't even get in because it was too cold which was very disappointing since it was my #1 reason I chose this cabin. The duck floats in the photos are also not provided so bring your own. Although maybe not classy, so just FYI there are no plastic cups which again not a big deal but, I wasn't thrilled handing a 3 yr old a glass cup and protected that glass until we bought him a special cup. Overall this place was amazing and if I had a longer stay I would have requested the temperature of the pool water to be turned UP since I paid for the use of this pool and the pool should be enjoyable. I hope this review helps the next guest. I look foward to my next visit to this cabin.

Fantastic cabin and location

The cabin was as advertised and the pool was bigger than we thought it might be, easily with room for 6-8 kids. The game room and theater room were also a favorite with the kids. The property management was very quick to help with a few small issues ( trash pick up and propane refill for the grill). Easy drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Great vacation experience!

This cabin was a great place to vacation. The private pool and hot tub were amazing! The amount of space was perfect for my family. My family and I enjoyed it and will most definitely be staying here again in the future! Great experience!!

Beautiful cabin

We made this reservation last minute and we couldn't have been happier. Everything about our stay was just perfect. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your property the pool was just the relaxing that we needed to get to splash around and not worry about anyone else around.
