Great place! We had some visitors in the forms of bears so make sure to get food out of you vehicles and follow the trash policies posted.

This house was perfect for our family getaway! There was plenty of room to spread out or to be together. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and we all enjoyed the huge dining room table for a family game day! The TV in the basement was perfect for a family movie night. The location was the perfect balance between a secluded getaway and easy access to town. The highlight of our trip was the bear sighting from the deck! Though we caught glimpses of bears every day, we had a chance to observe a young bear for several minutes one day. We would book again!

We had a great stay. The place was very welcoming and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. It really was like staying in a giant tree house. We loved it. Thank you for providing a beautiful property.

The hosts were very communicative. They answered all of my questions prior to arrival, as well as being quick to respond to us during our stay. They also left an easy to follow guide for us with instructions on checkout, along with suggestions of things to do while we were in Gatlinburg!

The place looks just like the pictures everything was nice, beds were comfortable, game room was a success and the balcony was nice to sit out to enjoy some fresh air, we also had some visitors come by we got lots of pictures and videos of the bear and cubs so overall yes our stay was wonderful and would definitely recommend

It was a wonderful experience. I absolutely loved the cabin, and my family and I enjoyed every moment to the fullest. The hosts were always available to help with even the smallest questions or concerns. It was the best end of the year of our lives. For anyone reading this, don’t hesitate to rent this place.

The property description lined up and the location was great. We saw bears on the deck (and they WILL get into unlocked cars so be careful!) The main issue was the cleanliness - several areas had cob webs and there were quite a few dead bugs in the shower. The floors also hadn’t been cleaned. It did not feel like a place that had 200 in cleaning fees worth of cleaning done after each stay. If so, the cleaning company needs improvement. We were shocked at how many people left reviews citing positive cleanliness.We also let the host know that most of the chairs at the kitchen table and at the counter seating were broken, but didn’t receive a response until the last day. We realize this likely couldn’t have been fixed, but it was a bummer because we wanted to have a family dinner/game night - we made due with the basement instead. The directions to the dump to take trash need reviewed. It’s not clear if you should go left or right out of the driveway (because you might have backed in or driven in straight?). But the first road it directs you to isn’t near the second road - they’re in opposite directions. We found it, but the directions need corrected. Overall not the worst place to stay, but for the price people pay, more attention to detail is necessary in terms of cleaning and general upkeep/maintenance.

We loved this mountain home! Beautiful, well kept, property with all the amenities needed. Property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We were even greeted by a bear, by the deck, our first morning

Surprise for our daughter graduating medical school

The cabin was great, the driveway was a little hard to get in and out of. It's in an convenient location to all attractions we wanted to visit. We even saw a mother bear with 3 cubs at the bottom of the deck.

Beautiful drive up the mountain to the cabin. The furniture was comfortable in both sitting areas, however the basement bedrooms did get a little too warm. We did see a bear on our way out roaming someone else's driveway.

Peaceful cabin

This cabin is just as described, peaceful, clean and spacious. The location was great for exploring the National Park without getting tangled in the Gatlinburg traffic. It has a tricky driveway, so stay near the red fence when pulling in and out. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Quick Getaway

We booked as a last minute getaway! We had great communication with owners. Loved the location and the cabin. Our boys enjoyed the arcade games. Plenty of room to spread out. Will stay again.
