This house is incredibly beautiful! The layout was perfect for our stay and the elevator was definitely handy moving our belongings in and out of the house. It’s located one block from the beach and restaurants and stores are within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house!

The house looked exactly like the pictures. The space was perfect for our 2 families. There were plenty of bathrooms and showers for everyone. We were close to the beach and had a great pizza restaurant and shaved ice place within walking distance!

Location

Great place for groups or two families. Hot tub was broken but otherwise very accommodating. There was a well stocked kitchen, linens, and extra ice! We would stay here again.

Great property

The place was clean and had all of things a family would need during their stay. Elevator was out due to storms but other tha. That it was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Time

Lovely home, space & privacy for everyone, love the king beds in the 3 main bedrooms, bunk beds has full size beds which was great for the teenage boys (they enjoyed the video game mounted on the wall) & all bedrooms have their own bathroom, walking distance to the beach, close to shops & restaurants (although we cooked most meals in the spacious kitchen)! We all had a great experience staying at this location ❣️

Beautiful house in a wonderful location. Needs new sheets and towels. The house is first class, the beach is gorgeous. Prices are extreme. Traffic worthy of Manhattan. Expect to spend a good portion of your visit stuck inside your car if you choose to go anywhere.

Great family trip

We had the best time! The house was perfect - very clean, very comfortable. All of the beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the video game in the bunk room. All of the outdoor spaces gave us plenty of room to spread out. Neighborhood was lovely and very accessible. The beach was really busy, but we were also there during high spring break time. Very easy to get to with plenty of chairs and boogie boards for us to use. Location was really nice - we liked being in the middle of 30A and taking bikes in either direction. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house. Two things I’d like to mention though. The stackable washer/dryer was fine for two of us but it may not be for a houseful of people. I had read that the sheets weren’t that great in a review and just assumed owners would have fixed that. They need nicer soft sheets.

Great Location !!! Large Living Room and Kitchen

Had a Great - but short trip to Florida for a Family Wedding - overall the House is Great Good Things: Well Stocked Kitchen - large Rooms, large Bathrooms - Location is killer can walk to the beach!!Bad Things - Hot Tub was Not Usable - yellow and smelled like straight Chlorine - Down Stairs Bed Frames Broken supports and super soft - Leaking Window in the Stair Well ( I have Pics if you want them ) - Patio - Patio furniture is Teak and it needs to be treated badly - and the BBQ Grill has one bad burner leaking gas ( this could be a Hazard )Overall Great place and great stay - it just needs some TLC and maintenance

The BBQ grill was also inspected and working properly prior to your stay, and we’re currently treating the patio furniture. Being so close to the beach does cause the teak to wear a bit faster, but we're on it! We truly would have loved to assist with the bed issue, and if we'd known, we’d have been happy to address it during your stay. Overall- Savvy SeaGrove is a nice home. It could be outstanding with a little TLC. Like most places that have some age on them- owners do not invest in new items like patio furniture, couches and deck furniture. Ours were destroyed by years of sun and water- basically unusable on the top observation deck, (very disappointed) The couch on the main level is also falling apart. Front door was not lockable, as control mechanism's for stationary door had been removed. Hurricane locked- total pain to deal with as well. That house needs a new upgrade (electronic door lock). House did not have basic supplies(Dishwashing liquid, no salt & Pepper, and horrible toilet paper. We went out and purchased our own.Also the house needs a powerwash. Mildew and dirt on stucco. Simple maintenance items, but the homeowner has to spend some money. We won't stay there again do to these items. Too many other better options with more functional and operational items. Including locking front doors,Hot tub is functional but very old. Several jets not working and cushions disintegrating.Water was clean, and I used screen provided to remove debris floating. It was 103 degrees- nice and hot and had been maintained with chemicals. Outside panels falling off- I replaced one in position. The other corner was completely off.Honestly for what we spent- a refund of some of the 2000 would be a good gesture. Wine fridges on deck-inoperable-main deck in general in bad shap
