Les Gets Rental: Comfortable, bright, and well-maintained 45m² duplex apartment (one-bedroom plus mezzanine) opening onto the living area. Sleeps up to 6 people; located on the 2nd floor of the "LE PRAZ DU SOLEIL" residence. Situated 300m from the shopping street and 400m from the ESF ski school and slopes. A laundromat and a bakery are located on the ground floor of Building A. Includes one private underground parking space for one car. Electric heating. Ski storage room. Bicycles are prohibited inside the residence and the apartment; please arrange for external bicycle storage.

Description:
Entrance – equipped kitchenette area (2 ceramic hobs, combination oven/microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, storage cupboards with cookware) – living/dining area with TV – sleeping alcove with 2 single bunk beds (90cm) (for children) – bathroom (bathtub, washbasin) – separate toilet – access to upper level: large mezzanine with 1 double bed (140cm) and cupboards (ceiling height 1.79m) – interior bedroom (no window) with 1 double bed and wardrobe (ceiling height 1.79m) – Non-smoking; pets not allowed.

Bed linen (sheets and towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental price; these are available as paid options—please check the agency's service list.
