*Our condo is just across the street from the white sugary beach and the Gulf of Mexico!
*Several beachfront restaurants are across the street
*World Famous Pier Park is less than a mile away from our condo!
*Smart TV in the unit!!! You can connect with your devices and enjoy your favorite shows!

Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more, and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
