This newly renovated and carefully furnished condo is perfectly located as a launch pad for Sabino Canyon, Mt Lemmon Hwy and the Catalina Mountains, or Saguaro National Park (East). Enjoy your own private patio and access to a pool and hot tub. We care about your experience, providing all new appliances, Disney+, Hulu, HBO, a washer and dryer, memory foam King bed, down duvets, and 100% cotton sheets. 2 min from Udall Park and Recreation Centre, including indoor and outdoor pickleball, free heated lap pools, 1.5$ gym drop in, indoor walking/ running track, pottery studio. Access to the ‘Loop’ 137 miles of paved bike and walking paths throughout Tucson. Convenient to grocery stores, great restaurants and in a safe and agreeable part of Tucson.

This condo was a great place to stay while visiting Tucson. There was plenty of room for my wife and I to relax indoors while the hot tubs were great for outdoors. While the parking area was never crowded, assigned parking near the condo was a nice touch so we never had to worry about finding parking. The neighborhood is quiet and access to main roads was very easy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was set up very nicely for the two of us and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located to shopping (grocery stores target Costco) and was easy for us to visit the things we wanted to in and around Tucson. We were also very happy to have a covered parking spot when the temps went up!

All We Needed

Great location for what we needed with grocery stores and some restaurants. Also easy access to Sabino Canyon and the Catalina Mtns. The unit itself was located in a very quiet back corner which we really appreciated. The one bedroom unit was very comfortable and lots of amenities were provided. It also had a very cute private patio that I wish we had taken more advantage of. The host was very responsive and more than willing to be helpful when needed. Overall we had a very pleasant visit to the Tucson area (our first) and hope to come back again in the near future. Also appreciated the art work in the unit-very unique! And done by the host!

Clean, comfortable, and cozy condo

We really enjoyed this stay. The condo was clean and modern. Shower was great, small kitchen worked for us, and laundry machines were a plus. The only thing we wished was different was the bed was really low to the ground.

It was perfect for my wife and I . We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio. The location was outstanding as it was close to Sabino Canyon and Mt. Lemon and also several great restaurants.

Safe, Cozy, and Comfortable

It was perfect while I was in town to visit my daughter. It’s the right size and great location with a safe and cozy atmosphere. Nearby good restaurants and any stores needed for errands. Loved the hummingbirds in the trees. My husband was suppose to be with me on this trip, but he couldn’t make it, however it would have been the perfect comfortable spot for both of us. I’ll look this property up again.

Tucson Vacation

First let me say, the overall rating of a 4 had nothing to do with the actual condo we stayed in. The condo itself was great, just as listed and very quiet. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Rosanna was great to deal with. The only time we really needed to correspond with her was before the trip. No issues with the condo. What brought the overall rating down was the rest of the property. The pool was not heated, the hot tub was heated sporadically. The property association management needs to put a little TLC into the overall facility.

Great home base

A perfect central location to all the activities we had planned.....Saguaro NP, Pima Air Museum, Desert Museum and Zoo, Gaslight Theater and La Paloma GC. Many wonderful restaurants close by. The condo was very clean, cozy and great to come home to after long days out and about.

I fell in love with Tucson when passing through. Arizona skies, desert, and people soon became the muse of landscape paintings and have influenced my work ever since.

The flow of travelers and snow birders through Tucson is a part of why this city is so dynamic, multi-cultural, and open minded. Being a host on vrbo allows me to play my own small part in facilitating this.
