Welcome to our family home, quietly located in Saint-Amand-sur-Sèvre, in the countryside and about 20 minutes from the Puy du Fou and the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier.

This 100 m² house has three bedrooms with double beds and can accommodate up to 6 people. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a terrace and a garden to enjoy the sunny days.

The house has retained its family character and original charm: it is not completely modernised, but it is comfortable, functional and equipped for a pleasant stay with family or friends.PGJyPg
Free parking is available on site. Wi-Fi is available in the house. Pets are welcome; the garden allows them to enjoy the outdoors. Families with babies are also welcome: a cot and a high chair can be provided.

The accommodations are a good starting point to discover the region: the Puy du Fou is about 20 minutes away by car, the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier about 20 minutes away, and Cholet about thirty minutes away.
