Welcome to our Modern Garden-Level Apartment by New York Presbyterian Hospital, Queens. Offering a family-friendly environment with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Complete with access to a gated outdoor kitchen patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining. The building also features a fenced front-yard with outdoor seating and a fire-pit. The guest home is ideal for 3-4 persons and can accommodate up to 7 people.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM:
- The master bedroom features a Queen-size memory foam bed
- The second bedroom has a stacked double-platform twin-size memory foam bed (can be unstacked and utilized as 2 single beds), a study table and a chair.
- The third bedroom features a full-size memory foam bed.
- The open-concept living room can also function as a fourth bedroom with the addition of a privacy curtain, and a comfortable memory foam twin day-bed.
- The bathroom is equipped with a smart bidet toilet and a stand-in shower

- The open-concept living room has a 2-3 seater sofa, a 55" 4K Smart TV and a fireplace.
KITCHEN AND DINING:

Our property is located in a peaceful and secure suburban community with essential amenities such as a large supermarket, restaurants, laundromat, banks, and convenience stores nearby. We are just 0.3 miles from New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Our location benefits from excellent transportation links, with a 24-hour city bus stop located right next to the building, offering frequent services and just 1 mile or a 7-10-minute bus ride to The Long Island Railroad Main Street Station or the Number 7 Subway Station. 15-35 minutes by train or subway from Flushing to reach Manhattan's Grand Central Station, Penn Station, Times Square, or Central Park.
The property is nestled in a serene neighborhood, just a short walk to the beautiful 39-acre Queens Botanical Garden. The garden boasts a variety of stunning gardens, including a rose, herb, and bee garden, as well as an arboretum, woodland area, and pond. Known for its well-maintained and beautiful displays of flora and fauna, the garden also offers a range of educational programs, events, and activities.
