Management of this property is the only negative.

The Management Company was not great on follow through nor communication. This discouraged our confidence on a smooth checkin and check out. The property itself is great.

Exterior of house did not look like the on line image. There was a bad smell in the house. Smelled like a wet dog. Couch was not clean and had stains and dog hair on it. If there was a clean couch and the odor was removed this would have been a okay place. The interior decorations was nice. But the odor was to pungent mostly in the living room and kitchen. There were other minor issues I just commented on the main problem I was concerned with.

Unacceptable

Could not enter house until 10 pm when cleaner left. 4:00 was checkin time. House was still not properly cleaned. Main bath shower/tub clogged. Coffee maker broken. Lack of communication with property owner. She stopped texting when we finally were able to have access to the house. Would not discuss problems.

Great house near downtown

We stayed here while visiting family in Newnan for Thanksgiving and it worked perfectly! The house is exactly as pictured, it’s a nicely renovated older house. Downtown is a super short drive and it’s so cute! The beds are extremely comfortable which is rare for a rental. The house was very clean with the exception of the floor.

Owner was very accommodating and kind. The house is adorable and super comfortable! The mattresses are amazing!!!

Nice Home Near Downtown

The property owner is very responsive to questions and keeps the property rules simple and straightforward. The home is close to downtown Newnan and less than a mile from a great park with two playscapes, a splash pad, and a nice walking trail. We stayed there to be close to family in the area, and it worked out great.
