Wi-Fi: Yes - house has internet for guest use.

Air Conditioning: House does not have AC, window away units are included.

Beach: House does not have a beach front. The lake is sandy and shallow, great for swimming. Public beach is available at Lake Sands Park (5 minute drive).

Boat Launch: Public launch at Manistee Lake Sands Park, located on Southwest end of lake (5 minute drive). Sands Park also has a playground, a small beach, a pavilion and composting toilets.

Boat Rental: Fennco Powersports Rental in Kalkaska is 13 minutes away and offers pontoon rentals and can pickup and deliver.

Fishing: Yes - Jumbo Bluegill, Jumbo Perch, Crappie, Pike and Walleye.

Firepit: Is available for use. Firewood is not supplied, can be purchase at local convenience store 5 minutes away.

Towels: Yes, we provide bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels to take to the water.
