The completely remodeled kitchen and living room directly open to a large furnished deck equipped with outdoor heaters, overlooking the canal with BOAT SLIP included! This condo is perfect for groups with (or without) a boat to have easy access to the bay with fishing, crabbing, restaurants and more! Conveniently located near a boat shuttle service that will take your group to your desired location directly from the dock! Located within 2 blocks from public beach access. (beach chairs, utility wagon, and kids beach toys provided) This condo is sure to have something for all your guests!
