Gorgeous views

Absolutely loved the location and views. The managing company was very responsive. The listing may need updated, as there’s no sauna still on the premises, but this wasn’t a game changer for us. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Retreat Getaway

Spectacular location! Even though it was a high rise building it was convenient to access the beach and the balcony was incredibly roomy with plenty of room for the whole group to sit and view and enjoy.

Long weekend perfection

This was an ideal location and plenty spacious for our group of 8. Views from the top story were amazing. Everything was there and ready to go. Only improvement could be new carpeting - caused a few allergies! Couldn't rate more highly.

August family vacation

We had an absolutely great stay here! The condo was immaculate. We were able fit comfortably as 6 adults and 2 kids (ages 3 + 6). The view was unbelievable. We never had a problem finding parking for our 2 extra cars. The beaches were so clean and since we were on 85th street, they were never packed. Would recommend staying here! Cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful Condo, Location and Communication

Loved being right on the ocean. This condo offers many waterfront windows and a large balcony to enjoy the view! The central OC location made if feel like we were close to everything. All messages to regarding property were very quickly responded to. We would love to rent this place in the future!

We loved the condo. It was very clean and well taken care of. The view of the ocean was so amazing. Beds were so comfortable. The condo was amazingly quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Condo owners were available to answer questions. This helped us prepare for the trip. Thank you

Memorable view of the ocean

This is a nice condo with an EXCELLENT view. Property owner had good communication about any issues that came up. Privacy level was mostly pretty good but one time during the stay a maintenance worker of the building let himself into the room fairly unannounced, and that worker was quite rude about the situation. This was not necessarily the condo owner’s fault but maybe the building management. The process of getting a key late at night was in my opinion very difficult and sketchy. The security level seems overall a bit low. Other than those issues it was a great stay. Many conveniences such as laundry, kitchen, garbage disposal. Had a better experience staying at this condo versus other places in the city.

Late summer weekend trip

Overall, the condo set-up was nice. It was great to have an unobstructed view of the ocean and beach from the top-floor condo. There are several things the owner should be aware of: ~ The vertical blinds on the first floor and in the master bedroom are broken. We could not close them which made the unit quite warm in the mornings. ~ Also, the linen service was marginal; towels were old and no washcloths included. ~ The front-loading washer needs to be cleaned inside - has an odor and residue build up. Recommend Tide's wash machine cleaning powder. Thanks for the opportunity to share a review. I would consider renting again if some improvements are made.

Issues with Condo

Despite the listing claiming they have cable, they do not. This is on the 13th floor and the lock to the balcony door was broken and could not be fixed, per maintenance. Such a dangerous liability as we have an autistic son who we did not want wandering out. A large storm hit the 2nd night of our stay, so we lowered the hurricane shutters to prevent the door opening from the wind and rain possibly getting in. In the morning when we tried to raise them, they would not raise. Our ocean view was blocked for the rest of our stay. Maintenance once again came to our room and said the shutters came of their track and he could tell the owner had not preformed the routine maintenance on them. When I complained of the issues to property management, they actually blamed us for breaking them! This was the most stressful and inconvenient stay with VRBO we have ever had. We were so upset and then after being blamed for breaking the hurricane shutters, we just didn’t want to be there any longer and checked out a night early. I requested a refunded of 1/3 of total payment for 1- blocked view for most of stay 2- broken lock on balcony door 3- no cable as advertised (we wanted to watch the Final Four and Masters coverage and could not). They finally agreed to the refund, but we have only received a small % back and not the 1/3 agreed to. Will never use this property owner again.

Thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately not all guests and hosts are a match made in heaven. Happy to report we 100% have cable. We are happy to report the balcony door locks. Sunday morning the guest discovered one of the hurricane shutters they put down would not go back up. We were able to have maintenance come by and remove the panels the same day so the guest had their view back. We now have boxes eliminating access so the guest can not play with the hurricane shutters. Please look at any of the other 1000+ 5 star reviews and you can see the service and hospitality we provide for our valued guests! We are very thankful that this guest will not use us again. Amazing View with an Amazing Penthouse

This was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The view was amazing, and the pictures don't do it justice. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you need plus more. This penthouse is highly recommended, and we will be back!

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
