Cosy shared spaces (living/dining room of 50 m2 open onto a large terrace, TV room, large entrance and kitchen open onto a second covered terrace.
3 separate sleeping areas with 2 bedrooms each.
A large, lush park dotted with ancient trees, bordered and crossed by streams with their little bridges.
On the edge of the Val-de-Loire and its Châteaux, 150 km south of Paris, a few km from Meung-Sur-Loire station and the motorway exit.

- Medieval town of Meung sur Loire with its castle, market and supermarkets: 9 min
