Beautiful location, responsive owner

This is our third stay at this property. We love the location.It is minutes from parks, trails, recreation, a library,good restaurants - all in a beautiful natural setting. Meredith is responsive to our requests and questions.The condo is comfortable, clean and cozy. We plan on returning.

Excellent property / value / property management

Great unit. Excellent communication with property manager (Meredith). Very clean. Very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great and easily accessible. Really enjoyed the stay and would easily/highly recommend this unit to friends and family.

Gracious Accommodating Host

Meredith went Above and Beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. My husband has severe allergies to chemicals and fragrances, and Meredith went out of her way to make sure he would be comfortable. Plus, the condo was decorated so nice and everything was clean and lovely. We have already booked our next visit!

From booking to checkout, this has been a wonderful stay. The condo is so clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Meredith is a great host! She was great to communicate with and went out of her way to meet a special request. We look forward to returning again soon.

Great location! Good layout!

This property is well appointed, comfortable and cozy. It's in a great location for nature oriented activities, cultural events and friendly neighbors. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the grounds are beautiful. Meredith is an excellent host and is very responsive.

Swim meet stay

Property was ground level, had a lot of amenities that met our needs and was very quiet and safe. We were busy all days at a swim meet and couldn't explore around the area, however I would recommend this property as a great getaway spot for couples or families.

Wonderful place to stay

This property was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean, and exactly what we wanted. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms made it perfect for my husband and I and my sister. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking needs. It was in a great location, close to restaurants and grocery store. This area was a great home base to see National Parks and National Monuments in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

The condo layout, furnishings, flooring and bathrooms were upscale and top notch. The location was perfect and landscaping was beautiful. It felt like home and a perfect size for us and as travelers this is exactly what we're looking for in future stays! Meredith Crouse made it easy for check in and her instructions on the table were excellent! Easy to park in your location or in anywhere that blank or not marked. We will definitely be back! My husband (Steve) and I (Meredith) moved to Oro Valley in June of 2021. We purchased this beautiful condo for our family back in Illinois to come to stay in and visit. We both enjoy traveling and have stayed in many VRBO's so I hope we have made you feel at home. We have 3 children and love Oro Valley!

This property is updated and has a homey feel. We live less than 10 mins away (because this area is amazing) so if anything goes wrong or needs attention you will have no issues getting it resolved.
