ORV/Dune friendly neighborhood with direct Dune access, ride from the yard to the Dunes. You can ride from Spinreel (Ten Mile Creek) to Boxcar (Northbend Bridge) just over 8 miles of beach and even more miles of dunes to ride. Largest dunes on the Oregon coast

Imagine waking up and having breakfast lakefront and then getting in/on your sand toy and riding directly into the dunes from the driveway. Don't have a ORV? Rent a Utv or Quad from one of the 3 Rental company's and ride back to the house thru the dunes! Ride on the beach or the dunes from one end to the other. There are 3 entrance into the dunes from this neighborhood! One is only a minute ride from the driveway!

15 minute drive to Umpqua/Winchester bay, home of Banshee hill, Umpqua light house, the five fingers and the "drag" area.

Bandon dunes golf course is 30 miles away

Other local activities are golfing, clamming, fishing, jet skiing, boating, crabbing, swimming, hiking, gentleman's club, gambling/casinos and going to the many oceanfront views. Lots of seafood and other restaurants within 1/2 an hour or closer. Perfect for getaways, friend & family gatherings, or celebrations.

Excellent place to stay especially if you are riding the dunes. The house is comfortable with a great backyard. Large fire pit that was super fun. Stocked with lots of cooking utensils and pans and bowls. Everything you need for a great week. We had a blast spending Thanksgiving there

Lots of room, beds were comfortable. Neighbors were super friendly we loved feeling like we belonged. The dune access was awesome and bonus we walked to the little store across the highway to get a few things.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of rental. Beach access was great, along with very friendly neighbors. There is a store about a 1/4 of a mile away along with a atv/utv rental place about a mile away if you dont have your own. 10 stars and will refer family and friends!

Just as advertised with no surprises. Lake was a touch low but expected in summer. 2 dune entrances and one was perfect for the truck to go to the beach. Backyard is on a point so very secluded. Has a minimart just across 101 if you forget something. House was clean and open concept. We only had 4 people but plenty of room for a bigger group and nice deck for taking off riding gear.

Our go-to place at the dunes

We like to stay here when we come to the dunes. It’s nothing fancy, but clean and functional. Lots of outdoor space and room to park trucks and trailers.

Great location, comfy, cozy and convenient.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Location, location, location, riding the dunes and relaxing on the lake side was perfect.neighbors were great too. The black duck was so fun to watch!

Amazing dune access

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property with our 5 sons. We brought our SxS and dirt bikes to ride the dunes, so we really appreciated the close access. I appreciated the shelving in the kitchen to place food supplies on. Beds were comfy and though we brought paper products, towels, fishing poles, etc- it was nice to see those items there in case we forgot. Only suggestion I would have is for more lighting. I think a few bulbs were out and with darker fixtures in the bedrooms it made it harder to see well in those areas.The last thing that we really appreciated was the long driveway for our extra long trailer.Thanks again for the stay!

Awesome spot!

Being able to hop on the quad, and ride to the sand was an experience everyone should feel. Although I was out on the sand most of the time, my wife and kids enjoyed a cozy home like feel while being away. I highly recommend!

Perfect Dunes Getaway

This house had everything you could need, it was a nice safe neighborhood, and had dune access. It was just my husband and I, but more than enough space for 2 families. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely love this neighborhood as it is ORV friendly you can ride through the neighborhood into the dunes from the house. Everyone's very nice in the neighborhood and the house is on a lake who can ask for more. You can be at the lake in less than 10 minutes you can be at the ocean.

This house is very unique as it sits on a lake and right across the street is more lake it's a 360 view of the lake. It's on its very own peninsula. It has direct dune access from the house as the neighborhood is ORV friendly. You can be hanging out at home at the lake and 10 minutes later you can be hanging out in the dunes or at the ocean.
